STOP Judicial Child Abuse in New Hampshire Family Courts is a popular legal blog for tracking abuses of all things domestic relations law related in the New Hampshire Judicial Branch’s Family Court Division. I’m honored to say that I’ve been invited to guest blog at their site about abuses I witnessed in the area of domestic relations law while working as a law enforcement officer.
I cannot imagine one New Hampshire law enforcement officer who has not had to serve some court order that they knew just defies logic as it pertains to a specific family situation. Kicking people out of their own home is not a pleasant thing to have to do for work… especially when you know the court is wrong. Police officers know far better what the situation is within a family with problems than the court ever will, yet those same officers are often completely unaware of hearings which result in lives literally being destroyed.
Today the blog published an article informing the New Hampshire legal community of the New Hampshire Judicial Branch abuses of Adam Muller and Jason Talley.

Andre in Manchester posts his final video from the 1st Annual Gay Dance-Off. Check this epic vid:
Posse from Notes for Robots on Vimeo.
The “bitter feud between two Shire cities” takes a new form, creating a schism which threatens to ridicule anyone who would take such a thing seriously — the Gay Dance Off!
Andre, from Manchester, and Derrick, from Keene, competed in 3 rounds to win the accolades of the audience and the judges: J. Buzz Webb of Buzz’s Big Gay Dance Party fame, Neal Conner, co-host of Flaming Freedom, and token hetero Mike Ruff, the Porcupine Mediator.
This is Round 3.

Can an individual claim an exclusive monopoly to a word, phrase or idea, which then denotes the right to seek damages from those who happen to utter sounds in a particular order?
What about a corporation? Can an entity that comes into existence when a group of people put some words on paper all of a sudden have rights? How can a legal fiction be wronged? How exactly would something that exists only on paper be made whole?

Actual picture from LENCO's site
Individuals employed at LENCO, the MA-based manufacturer of the BEARCAT – an $300,000, 8-ton armored vehicle being peddled to police departments in large and small towns alike thanks to Dept. of Homeland Security grants and mindless scare tactic rhetoric – a few weeks ago pulled their promo video of the vehicle after pushback from many Keene, NH, population 23,000, who were rightly concerned about their local police acquiring such hardware. (watch video in full below)
The video in question shows the BEARCAT engaged in SWAT/paramalitary exercises set to AC/DC. Badass, right?! The video is the epitome of the post-9/11 world according to those in government* who grow their claimed authority thanks to real or claimed emergencies. (more…)
