  1. Bad news. Ademo, who chose the risk of representing himself, was found guilty of three counts of felony wiretapping with 5 years probation, meaning even a traffic ticket could land him back in court, and his felony status forbids him from voting and bars him from many other opportunities. A very tragic outcome indeed.

  2. FYI, NH doesn’t bar felons from voting, after the sentence is discharged. Only two states actually have lifetime disenfranchisement for felons.

  3. Any plans for an appeal?

  4. These 12 jurors just took this man’s right to defend himself and his family. Such a shame, but I guess it puts another straw on the camel’s back.

  5. Anyone working in the system want to propose a law to allow the possible maximum sentence to be told to the jurors. Seems like an important piece of information that needs to be there right along with jury nullification?

  6. On what grounds? I’d be stunned if Mueller preserved any issues.

If I’m ever arrested, remind me to tell my girlfriend that if she actually loves me, she’ll spend her time hiring me a f**king lawyer, not chalking around the f**king jail.

  7. n/t

  8. Right. It would make sense to get a professional legal team together and weigh his next move at legal remedies. But perhaps this is not the right time and place for him to spend a lot of
money to challenge this particular egregious arrest and conviction. I do
not know. I do not profess to know what his line in the sand is.

@DespoticKeene When people are in a rock and hard place, like Ademo Freeman and his felony wiretapping trial, that is the true test of friendship. Looks like he has more than a few trustworthy FSP friends watching him when he gets arrested.

  9. The right time and place would have been before the trial. I haven’t watched the video yet, but I’d be stunned if her preserved so much as a single ground for appeal. And he can’t claim inadequate counsel when he defended himself. People who represent themselves have fools for clients.

  10. You are 100% correct! However, the mentality of these people, which collectively adds up to two bird seeds and a dead squirrel, prohibits them from doing so. They think they know more than attorneys. That’s why they continue to be found guilty in Cheshire County’s Court. These people have idiots for their defense. Smart Free Keene is an oxymoron.

  11. He has no one to blame but his stupid self. An attorney would have had these charges dropped. He made his bed, now he can lie in it.

  12. He chose to have this trial without proper representation! He’s an idiot! He got what he deserved!!!!
