Liberty Lobby – Week 8 – Videos

Liberty Lobbyist Darryl W Perry and I went to the state house this week to testify on more legislation. It was a short week, however, and I only have two full hearing videos to share:

HB 161 would close the loophole allowing untaxed beer sales at farmers’ markets. This is the same bill that was heard in week 2’s videos, but in front of a different committee. Darryl and I testified against it. Here’s the full hearing video:

HB 103 would require government schools to send parents notice of any sexually objectionable course material. Here’s the full hearing video:

What is the point of you two “testifying” at these meetings? You want children to be allowed to transport alcohol in their vehicles? That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of. With Darryl as you “go to” you two will never accomplish anything except wasting people’s time.

Why, Darryl and Ian are lobbying, of course! I’m shocked that you’re so disapproving of this all of a sudden, Jacks, especially considering that you’ve promoted the virtues of this sort of thing so much in the past! And considering that our dear friend Maggie Hassan used her position of influence to steal public money for the manufacture, promotion, and sale of her very own name-brand vodka, it’s quite disappointing that you’re not more amenable to the idea of legalizing its transport by all of NH’s citizenry!
