Think you have a right to privacy? Think again. These bureaucrats think they own your dog and will prosecute you over a $4 dog license in New Hampshire to prove it. Cop Blockers Michael and Angie Gordon of Alstead took a ticket for an “illegal” unlicensed dog to Keene District Court. They lost, but made the bureaucrats work to get their coerced money. Kudos to them for standing up against the oppressive police state where not even dogs are safe from state regulation. Here’s the full video:

They refused to issue the license in your legally changed name as you had not completed the process. I’m inclined to think that the straw man “Ian Freeman” you are creating, is not recognized to do business in NH unless it is registered with the social security feds. So since “Ian Freeman” franchisee to the federal government was not yet registered, Ian “Natural Entity” the owner, acted in fraud by using it to enter contracts.

The best defense is an offense. I would immediately file suit against everyone involved in both their official AND personal capacities.
Seems to me that the State does not have a valid case. 641:3, I. requires the person to make a statement that they do not beleive to be true. Since he’s both Ian Freeman, and Ian Bernard, either use is a true statement. Under paragraph II, it requires the person to purposely deceive a public servant, and there obviously was no intent to deceive. The State also does not have a vaild case under Prohibitions. 263:12 as there was no attempt to deceive.
