A permit / license to exercise a right?
A license is an infringement and reduces the alleged right to bear arms to being a revocable privilege.
The irony is, a person who tries to exercise their “right” to bear arms without seeking permission may be attacked (will be if “caught”) by costumed men who swear an oath to protect those very same rights .

Bob C – I disagree. No where in the Constitution does it say you have the right to carry concealed weapons. It a police officer’s fault. It is the law and police help enforce it.
Derrick has a shady past. He chose the decisions he made to break the law. Now he has to face some of the consequences of his actions. If he is able to apply for another state, that means he isn’t a resident of NH. These freekeeners have been doing this scam since the beginning.
