On July 9 activists gathered in Central Square to publicly question the validity of the national debt (in violation of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution).
Near the end of the rally one of the activists, Jason Rapsher, spotted the parking enforcer and proceeded to do some “Robin Hooding.”
Jason was joined by Chris Cantwell and Liam McCulligh. The three prevented the City of Keene from attempting to extort money from several motorists. For this kind deed, they were confronted by KPD for, of all things, supposedly harassing the parking enforcer by walking near her. They were not preventing her from performing her job, nor did she claim they were doing such. In fact the KPD said they weren’t violating any law with the Robin Hooding.
