Questions for the NH Supreme Court

In search of answers from the NH “justice” system on the camera ban in the 2nd floor lobby, which applies to everyone, except the state, main stream media, and important bureaucrats, I’ve drafted a writing. I ask about the supposed investigation into the assault and resulting damage to my camera by the CSO’s. Jordan Hazy, supervisor over all the court security officers,  has hung up on me and refuses to return phone calls. So our latest attempt is with Laura, the spokesperson for the Supreme court.

Hi Laura,

In our conversation on September 8th, you agreed respond with answers around the 10th.

I haven’t seen an answer to the questions we discussed, and I wanted to follow up to see what progress has been made. When can I expect answers the questions per our phone conversation:

1) Related to the Nashua District Court incident on or around August 3rd,

a.) Can CSO’s arbitrarily close public sections of the court house?

b.) Where are CSO’s granted the authority to close down public areas of the court house in a non-emergency situation?

c.) Is the local Police department under the authority of the CSO’s while in the court house?

2) Related to the Keene District Court and CSO Dwane Dehotman’s (sp) actions on April 26th, 2010, which resulted in the $130 in damages to my camera outlined here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WSmGLwpHEgI

a.) What is the status of this investigation?

b.) Is it normal to not contact the victim or return phone calls in an investigation?

c.) Who do I contact about compensation for the damage willfully caused by your agents?

3) Related to the assault and disarming of Rich Paul recently in the 2nd Floor common area of the Keene City Hall. Here’s KPD’s log of the event: (more…)

City Council Drinking Game Video

Here’s the video the people calling themselves “The City of Keene” don’t want you to see:

After reviewing their city council rules, city ordinances, and state laws; Dale Pregent seems to have made up the rules barring alcoholic beverage containers (not containing alcohol) in order to target free speech. When the Police Chief Ken Meola is unable to determine what is in the closed containers held by Ian  Freeman and Sam Dodson, they were arrested for refusing to consent to search. The video clearly shows, Heika – who consented to the search – being told “your fine”  as she remained in the meeting drinking from her bottle.

Let’s not forget they did all of this on live TV with the community watching.  Plans are in the works for the next City Council Drinking game, Aug. 19th, 7pm. Mark your calendar, it’s going to be a special event.

US Postal Worker Steals Donations for Shire Society Documents

Those of you following this blog know that Davi Barker was the artist who created the shire society documents signed by about  a hundred people during Porcfest.

The donations from signers and money for supplies was ripped off by a US Postal worker who was able to heist 2 rounds of Silver, a 5g & 1g Shire Silver card, and 40 dollars.  After cutting it open, they were nice enough to add scotch tape to the empty envelope which was delivered. Stolen Donations 1

Was it some angry keene postal worker? The truth is, we will never know because the US postal bureaucracy pales in comparison to the tracking capabilities of private carriers. This is the second time I’ve had mail stolen. The first time was about 10 years ago when a postal worker stole a box of checks and went on a shopping spree.

For those of you that think the postal service is an independent The total US mail service pay in taxes bill for 2010: $0.

Do you think that gives them an advantage over FedEx, UPS, and DHL?

Mental Gymnastics and Recording The Police

Last year the NH Liberty Alliance put it’s weight behind HB 312, a bill which would allow members of the public to record government agents (who have the legal authority to kill you) in public without the fear of being arrested.

This video from Seattle (which went viral today) is the real reason why the police do not want to be recorded:

The City of Keene is Here to Serve You!

On Monday Night at 3am, two Keene police show up outside my house, knowing I’m in jail. They park in my yard, and begin talking loudly.  Moments later they make their way to my front door. When Meg, who was home alone,  woke up and saw this,  she turned on a light. The two policeman responded by running back to their car, getting in and driving away. Here’s her Porc411 call after the terrorists left.

What were they doing? Perhaps looking in the windows to spot something that would justify a search warrant? Perhaps they were planning to break into my home, and conduct an illegal search, hoping to find something to get a warrant. Perhaps they wanted to plant something in my home to set me up. Perhaps they wanted to bug my home for monitoring.

I’d like an explination from KPD, along with the names of the two men who were here terrorizing my family. Listen to what happens when I call to find out why I haven’t heard from them.

Stay tuned, this will not go away.

Addressing Corruption in Keene

As this post goes public, I will be in Keene District Court presenting a letter addressing blatant criminal acts. The letter outlines allegations of corruption, criminal conduct, grand  jury tampering, assault, and perjury – all by NH public officials. In their system the proper procedure is for citizens to present their evidence to a grand jury so they can investigate as their duty requires.

In the letter I outline and provide links to a video of  Howard B. Lane, Judge winking at the prosecutor after overruling my objection, inventing facts, discriminating against my disability, and perverting the rule of law.
