The online impeachment petition will be assisted by a written petition. Please feel free to stop by, ask questions, and possibly sign! The respective petitions I will hand deliver to the Redress of Grievances Committee at the New Hampshire House of Representatives.
[Art.] 32. [Rights of Assembly, Instruction, and Petition.] The people have a right, in an orderly and peaceable manner, to assemble and consult upon the common good, give instructions to their representatives, and to request of the legislative body, by way of petition or remonstrance, redress of the wrongs done them, and of the grievances they suffer.
The rally is Friday, April 6th at 9AM outside Keene district court. You can sign the petition through Change.org below, and anyone from anywhere in the country is invited and welcome to sign.
The Keene police officer who brutally assaulted Derrick J. Freeman earlier this afternoon is named Fintan Moore. He lives at 12 Orchard Streethere in Keene, NH and his home number is (603) 352-7195.
If a woman answers, it may be Fintan’s wife Maureen. Be sure to tell her exactly what her husband did while at work today.
Fintan, a longtime New England resident, previously lived in Oxford, MA before moving to Keene in 1999. His brother Rory Moore and sister-in-law Lisa live in Sterling, his brother Kieran Moore and sister-in-law Marianne live in Marlborough as do his sister Maeve Allen and his brother-in-law Tom. His son, Fintan Moore III, is in the Navy Reserve and also lives in Keene.
If you know any of these people, please be sure to show them the video in the post below and ask them to talk to Fintan about his inappropriate and hurtful actions.
I forgive you, Fintan, and I am not angry at you. I only want you to think about your actions and I genuinely hope you stop hurting peaceful people. God bless.
Please consider signing this petition to impeach Keene District Court Judge Edward Burke for violating the New Hampshire Constitution by lying to his bailiffs and the Keene Police to have a resident of Keene, NH imprisoned for simply asking questions.
Questioning public officials is protected by the Constitution.
This petition is to support New Hampshire State Representatives that support accountability in the Judicial Branch. Support from the public is intended to help them seek permission from the Rules Committee to introduce immediate Articles of Impeachment against Judge Burke.
UPDATE: I understand Judge Burke has offended a great deal of people in the Keene community. That said, before you leave angry comments that could be interpreted as being threatening in nature, please consider assisting us in using the political process to hold the Judge accountable.
All threatening comments left on this blog will be deleted.
