Parking Enforcers Steal and Destroy Robin Hood Cards

Robin Hood Cards Destroyed

Unfortunately, the parking enforcers of Keene have resorted to theft and destruction of property as a new attempt to thwart Robin Hood of Keene, a development that I view as further evidence of Robin Hooding’s effectiveness. I was given the following stack of cards in late February from an enforcer who informed me that they were removing them from vehicles and ripping them up. I then shot the video below in which a parking enforcer of the city of Keene removed some of our cards from a vehicle and threw them in the trash. I decided to wait to release this footage to see if the enforcers reformed their ways, but since the card removal appears to be continuing if a Robin Hooder is not with the enforcer, I decided to release the footage. Robin Hooders been told that this practice was occurring and have witnessed it prior, but did not have any footage of it until now.

Dr. David Berman Confronts the Merry Men

T’was two days ago when the Merry Men, which at the time consisted of myself and Keene native Graham, were approached by a mysterious individual wielding a phone as a videocamera. Though he declines to introduce himself, he was prompt in uploading his video to his youtube channel, Dr David Berman/MusicProDave.

Discussion of the cell phone video occupied a good portion of last evening’s episode of Free Talk Live. For a confrontational encounter, I feel surprisingly relieved of responsibility to add much commentary to accompany what was digitally captured. Mr. Berman’s video, my own raw video, and the raw footage from Graham’s flipcam speak for themselves. The best illustration I have found thus far of the experience was uploaded by the Aqua Keene Parking Force, using all three angles and adding some additional videography skills into the mix.

An article about David’s video was published yesterday to Free Keene.

Cynthia Chase Plays Solitaire During House Testimony

Chase Plays SolitareGuess her mind is all made up about the gas tax. Keene’s State Representative Cynthia Chase is seen here busying herself with a game of solitaire while other state reps testify on the proposed gas tax hike.

Good thing we have such a dedicated “public servant” here in Keene – dedicated to getting a high score.

As you may be aware, Cynthia made national headlines earlier this year when she called Free State Project participants the single greatest threat to the state – quite the endorsement!

Can Children Be Educated Without Theft?

During the deliberative session on February 11, Darryl W. Perry raises some interesting questions on how the school is spending it’s stolen revenue. The final question: “theoretically, the actual education of children could be funded without local property tax?”

A Legal Draw

In August of last year, I received a parking ticket in Concord, NH. As part of my principles to never immediately pay a fine, I requested a hearing.
My court date was set for January 29, unfortunately I was unable to attend that trial due to new employment that I began that day. I attempted to have someone represent me as an “Attorney In Fact” which was denied by the court; though a continuance was granted.
Upon arriving at court this morning, the prosecutor told me that he would place my ticket on file without finding. The initial offer was 90 days on file, I negotiated that down to 60 days.
I had a very winnable case, as I was never notified of the witness to testify against me pursuant to Rule 2.10 (B), though Rule 1 of the court is that all rules may be waved at any time. It’s not a win, but the court spend time and resources that could have been put to better use going after real criminals with actual victims and I am satisfied with the outcome.
