CoK Publishes AKPF Photo Album

2013_08_12_rhphoto_015bOn the date of Robin Hood of Keene’s evidentiary hearing this past Monday, the Merry People were provided with what may otherwise be considered a friendship gesture, in the form of a photo album organized by the bureaucrats of the Democratic People’s Republic of Keene (Official DPRK). The album, much like the video that they played in court, in many ways violates the best evidence rule, as an upcoming video will address. It’s also worth noting the lack of an adblock program on DPRK computer machines — how obsolete! In the meantime, enjoy perusing the album created by the city and also enjoy this summary video of Pete Eyre’s testimony at Monday’s hearing. The video below will be airing in this upcoming week’s AKPF #1 timeslot.

Welcome to NH – NO BEARCATS ALLOWED

“We’re building a domestic army” – In this video by Bikerbill, a Marine Corps Colonel named Peter Martino speaks out against police militarization at the Concord BEARCAT hearing:

Huffpo claims an inferior version the video is going viral. Sadly, that version is clearly shot with a cell phone, whereas Bikerbill’s is a proper, steady camera, with good audio. In fact, Bikerbill shot full coverage of the hours of testimony. Here’s Part 1 and Part 2.

UPDATE: More about Marine Colonel Peter Martino:

Mr. Martino is a Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve who has been mobilized three times. During his military career, he commanded an infantry platoon, company, and battalion. He was also the senior U.S. adviser to an Iraqi Army brigade. Mr. Martino has had a successful civilian career providing training, consulting, and program management services to private companies and to state and federal agency contractors. Mr. Martino presently holds a top secret security clearance.

Robin Hood “Evidentiary Hearing” Day1 – Full Court Video + Pete’s Testimony

This is the unedited video from Cheshire superior court where the Robin Hooders are involved in a civil trial brought by the people calling themselves “The City of Keene”. The city people want Robin Hooding (a peaceful activity that saves motorists from parking tickets) to cease. Don’t miss Pete Eyre’s testimony at the end:

Pete’s segment was so good, I even cut it out into a separate video. If you don’t have time for the full 5.5 hours, definitely make time for Pete’s testimony. The CopBlocker speaks truth to power and flummoxes an experienced attorney, who clearly didn’t know to whom he was speaking:

Robin Hood Trial Coverage in Sentinel, UL

In a front-page story from the Keene Sentinel, as well as a small article in today’s Union Leader, the legal saga of Keene’s Robin Hood is documented.2013_08_13_robinhoodsentinel

Spending seven hours in a courthouse is seldom entertaining, but during the Robin Hood of Keene trial which occupied the entirety of Monday, the proceedings maintained general lighthearted hilarity. Attorney Jon Meyer represented five of the six accused of filling meters as part of a conspiracy theory hatched by Prince John and Jester Mullins. Despite fairly condemning affidavits filed by parking enforcement officers alleging harassment, the one full and one partial testimony from parking enforcers honestly relayed that Robin Hooders’ interactions with them are fairly innocuous. For example, all enforcer affidavits claim Robin Hooders invade the personal space of enforcers, yet when asked on the stand if anyone present in the courtroom had bumped into or initiated unprivileged physical contact, parking enforcer Linda affirmed one incident and identified a member of the courtroom audience who was not even named in the lawsuit.
