Supreme sergeant Joseph “Arizona Iced” T Dirusso, unable to locate any impoverished or ethnic minority groups to terrorize, focuses his efforts on criminalizing the Merry Men, wielding the crown’s sword at the behest of justus Edward Burke and Prince John, ever entertained by the mischievous Jester Mullins. Amish Paul provides unique comic relief as the special guest host of episode 09, in preparation for his own parking ticket courtroom tournament.

Sentinel Speaks on Latest Paperwork Shufflings

Robin Hood of Keene has yet again found itself the front page story (here’s the online version) of another daily edition of the local Sentinel. This entry is much less abrasive than others past from our friends and foes at the information clearinghouse on West Street. Kyle Jarvis presents a straightforward analysis of some of the constitutional issues at hand, having read both the city’s hired-gun memorandum and free speech attorney Jon Meyer’s solid response. Recently, five of the six individuals named in the lawsuit opted for the generously offered legal services of Jon Meyer, a veteran advocate for civil rights who has won cases before both the state and imperial supreme court.

Yesterday at Free Keene was posted copies of the memorandums recently filed, which points out the ridiculous new element being levied against Robin Hood and friends by the city of Keene. A new low has been reached by the city as they are now introducing conspiracy theorizing into the case by alleging “civil conspiracy“. According to the city, the goal of Robin Hooding is not to reduce the number of penalties imposed upon the good people of Keene, but to mullens_conspiracypsychologically manipulate parking enforcers into quitting their jobs, amounting to a secret conspiracy. Our principled attorney obliterates this assertion in his critical response, highlighting how the city is without standing, and seeking legal relief in contradiction of previous precedents. We shall see if the judge is amused by such cliché, deluded ramblings as conspiracy theories being introduced into the court by the jester and his legal cortege. (more…)

AKPF #1 – Dolus

akpfbadge_surveillanceDebuting for the masses the propaganda hitpiece of unintelligible video produced by the CoK staff, AKPF #1 episode 08 Dolus opens with a global news update before delving into the ridiculous media production attempt of the local reigning royalty. The program is rounded out by wonderful original videos from the 2013 Porcupine Freedom Festival held annually in Lancaster, New Hampshire. Speakers included renowned anarchist author David Friedman, courageous police accountability activist Antonio Buehler, and compassionately insightful author Mary Ruwart. Numerous allied comrades of many admirable causes converge, coalesce, and codify. In the end, Peter ‘Sturdy’ Thomas becomes a rejuvenescent participant in AKPF antics.

Open Letter to Clerk Larry Kane

One week after having my property stolen from me by a secretive enforcer for the New Hampshire state police, I have written a letter which I have submitted to Larry Kane, the clerk of court for the Keene district. I entertained the idea of writing to the judge in this case, but ultimately decided to address the clerk of court. Not being charged with a crime, I cannot file a motion relative to a charge, so I instead exercised my free speech and relayed my issues and requests to the court’s president of paper.

Dear Mr. Kane,

I, Garret Ean, am a member of the Keene, New Hampshire community. On the morning of June 26, I was bicycling in my neighborhood when I was approached by two men claiming to be acting under judge Edward Burke’s authority. One of them handed me paperwork before penetrating my pants pockets with his bare hands, looking for all sorts of items to deprive me of, ultimately settling on confiscating only my valuable videocamera.

When I was free of the undesired captivity of the two strangers, I searched to find out why it was that my property was taken, and why such a warrant exists. As I flipped through the documents, I discovered that at least one attachment cited in the partial search warrant was missing. Specifically missing was the explanation of what constituted probable cause to violate my state and federal constitutional, as well as human rights. (more…)

Keene Property Owner Remains Undeterred Despite Ongoing Harassment from “Authorities”

Keene Cop Block invited Ian Freeman, a six -year inhabitant of Keene, NH, to share a bit about the ongoing harassment he’s faced from so-claimed “authorities” for his efforts to simply live free from their supposed “legitimate” coercion.

In this video Freeman, host of the nationally syndicated Free Talk Live and blogger at FreeKeene.com and ShireSociety.com, among much else, touches on the latest iteration of threat levied at him before speaking candidly about his motivations and the real impact had as the peaceful community emerges.

Instead of cowering, Freeman, knowing full-well that he’s not harmed anyone, has opted for transparency. His actions have undoubtedly embolden others – both in and outside of the ‘shire – to see the gun in the room, and speak out as well.
