Is having an accurate recollection of a conversation criminal?
An hour ago my good friend Garret Ean had his videocamera stolen as he bicycled toward downtown Keene. The theft was perpetrated by two men wearing NH State Police badges identified as Joseph T. DiRusso and Aaron Gillis, who, upon spotting Ean, drove their unmarked silver Dodge Charger toward him and demanded his property.
DiRusso and Gillis claimed their actions just per some text on paper signed by Edward Burke based on allegations made by Thomas Mullins [see below]. It should be noted that all four of those men involved in this conspiracy to censor Ean subsist on stolen money.
For years, activists have faced countless threats, intimidation, discrimination, ignorance, misinterpretation of judges’ orders, and various other episodes of malfeasance on the part of the bailiffs at Cheshire “superior” court. The quotes are around “superior” because their operation is clearly not. Though Keene district court’s security has had a bad apple or two over the years (longtime district court badge-heavy Ron Dusavitch has moved to superior court), their bailiffs are generally well-mannered compared to superior court’s squad of angry old men.
Recently, Judge John C. Kissinger granted my motion for a hearing on the bailiffs’ constantly bad behavior. Kissinger thus far has proven to be a more reasonable judge than his predecessor, John P. Arnold, who was the definition of a petty tyrant. Kissinger has not restricted t-shirts with messages, has not threatened anyone over not standing, has not restricted physical camera operation by media in the courtroom, and has allowed more than one cameraman. He’s not by any means the best he could be, after all he still sentenced Rich Paul to jail, but he does not come off as petty as Arnold. He has smiled a number of times during various hearings, a possible indicator of the human being beneath the robe.
After a thirteen day hiatus, Cheshire county’s zaniest variety series is back in a big way! AKPF #1 episode 06 Cloudsnowden begins on the island semination of Hong Kong, as Edward Snowden reveals government secrets and angers the power structure that is responsible for managing such enforcement organizations as the AKPF. WMUR brings the latest on the Robin Hooding lawsuit from the royal court in Cheshire county, Ian talks to officer Dave at length about worldly affairs, and classical anticonstitutional treatises round out this modern installment of AKPF #1.
I had a weird experience while filming Robin Hood in Keene today. I was in the middle of recording when an angry man approached me, offered his opinions into my camera, and then threatened to destroy it. He stole the camera from my hands, and suddenly a man appears. Watch what happens next:
