Hero and first-responder, “Number 1” pulls me over to save me from my dangerous car, which has not been subjected to the “inspection” process by state agents in HIS “state.” For not responding to this quickly enough, I have been informed that even though I have a valid PA license, if I drive my car in “the State of New Hampshire,” I will be kidnapped and have my car stolen by agents of the state. Why? Because they’re not sure if my car is “safe.” I do not appreciate this level of “concern.” Would YOU voluntarily pay for this man to spend his day extorting money out of peaceful people for “crimes” involving no victim?
A policewoman in Hollis, New Hampshire thought it was the right thing to do to take out her pepper spray and launch it unannounced into the eyes of peaceful 21-year-old Eric Geller, who was visiting his alma mater to have discussions with his former professors.
In my recent interview with Eric, he says that he can’t imagine how an imaginary entity, “The State of New Hampshire” is able to be a victim of his peaceful actions. He also says that he feels he has the right to stand on public property so long as he’s not hurting anyone or getting in the way, which he says he wasn’t. Eric seems to be pretty liberty-minded in every matter which I discussed with him, so I look forward to hearing more as this story develops. He is new to all this legal business, and I would like to offer my support in any way I can, even if it’s just attending his trial. Eric is facing 3 misdemeanor A charges: Criminal Trespass (being on school property), Disorderly Conduct (being on school property), and Resisting Arrest (going limp), and faces up to 3 years in jail plus $3,000 in fines. He hasn’t decided whether or not he will take the issue to court or accept a plea offer, so maybe if others reach out to him, he will know he will not be fighting alone.
A candidate for the upcoming school board election, Ian Freeman is campaigning to parents outside of Keene High School when some armed men dressed in black come and threaten to cage some peaceful people. The law enforcers “guess” the peaceful bunch are standing on “school board property” and that the supposed owners want these people to be put in cages if they don’t move over an invisible boundary just 3 feet away.
Friday afternoon, I went out to record some scenes of the new indoctrination center for Keene’s young adults. There I found this violent woman who, unprovoked, attacks me with her sign. She wouldn’t give her name.
9-Second Version in which she attacks. 53-Second Version in which she explains. 3-Minute Version in which I forgive her.
Raw Version featuring the Keene Police rejecting the Police Hugging Squad coming soon!
If you have an hour to kill and don’t mind spending it hearing me talking about photography rights, you might want to check out my talk at the 2012 New Hampshire Liberty Forum, which was just posted online.
I talk about my experiences running Photography is Not a Crime, including what motivated me to launch it.
The trip was a great experience, especially when I visited Keene Monday morning with some of the activists who had been banned from the Cheshire County Courthouse because they used cameras inside the building.
There is no state law that bans video recording inside courthouses. (more…)
This blog is made pursuant to NH Rules of Professional Conduct 3.6 (c) (2) and (c) (6) as the testimony I am referring to below was given at a public hearing at the New Hampshire Supreme Court, and thus, it is part of a public record. Additionally, the people of New Hampshire should be aware of the danger to the public interest.
As the time approaches where the string of events leading up to State v. Jason Talley becomes more and more public, I would like to remind the New Hampshire Supreme Court (and the news media) that at the “Rule 78” hearing on 12/16/11, (the rule about restrictions of New Hampshire’s Constitution Part I, Article 22 in the court system) that I attended, I stood right in front of you, on camera, and told you exactly how the courts were “inviolably” preserving the right to the freedom of the press in Cheshire County: a crime was committed by a sitting judge and high ranking judicial officials stripped rights away in an attempt to try and change the story.
I was even happy to see the former judge that I used to testify to as a police officer present on the panel. I figured it was beneficial to have someone on the panel who knows I am not a liar.
I spoke the truth, on camera, about the judicial cover-up occurring after Adam Mueller’s illegal arrest and how it ensnared Jason Talley. I was apparently ignored.
As Part II, Article 73-a makes you, the Supreme Court, the boss of all the lower courts in New Hampshire, I hope you are preparing to explain to the public how you were told specifically how a crime was being covered up in Cheshire County by judicial officers you supervise, but apparently did nothing about it.
^— This man spent two days incarcerated for a crime he never committed. He spent two days incarcerated for constitutionally protected activity.
Hold Judge Burke and the other judges who are involved accountable because it is the ethical thing to do… not because politics forces you to do so later.
You’re not above the law… you’re entrusted with it.
