Multiple Hearings of Interest at Superior Court this Week

ArnoldBoth are on the calendar at http://calendar.freekeene.com , and here are Facebook events:

Ian’s “Speedy Trial” Hearing
Come and watch the people calling themselves “the state” claim that making someone wait for a year for a trial is “speedy”.

Also, the very boring pre-trial hearing for me is on 7/26 at 11am, the same day as the 2pm “speedy trial” hearing.

The jury selection for my trial for standing in front of a police car is 8/1 at 9a, and the trial will likely be 8/2 at 9a.

This is regarding the trial for when I stood in front of a police car last year as well as the drinking game arrest.

The Search for Edwin W. Kelly

How’s this for accountability? A secret office with secretaries running interference as well as an assistant who won’t return calls, and instead calls security when you drop in for a visit! Thanks to Free Concord, Here’s the video of our visit to the district court head offices in Concord.

Also, here’s his alleged home address, phone number, and information about his home for anyone who might want to hold a vigil, courtesy of a helpful commenter here on the FK blog:

Secret District Court Head Office FOUND

State HospitalWell, it’s no secret anymore. In a recent visit to Concord JJ, Garrett and I found the head office for the district courts. It was exactly where one of our commenters here at FK had suggested, as listed on another of the aggressors’ own websites:

District Court Secret Administrative Office
107 Pleasant Street, Johnson Hall, 3rd Floor
Concord, NH 03301 271-6418
(603) 271-6418
FAX: 271-6406

The one in the pic is not the exact building – it’s one building in a complex that is apparently a former state-run hospital. According to a Concord friend, there were horrible things done to people there. Looks like things haven’t changed.

At the address above appears to be the office of Edwin Kelly, the man who wrote the “ORDER” banning all audio and video recording devices from the entire leased premises of the district court in Keene. This is the same Edwin Kelly whose assistant refuses to return calls. The Edwin Kelly who wrote an editorial opposing the new redress of grievances panel, that may be able to hold him accountable (we’ll see).

When we entered the building, which had no indications on the outside that this office is there, there was a locked down chamber, where one needed to buzz the floor of interest. Diane came on the line, and from what she said (there is video), it sure sounded like his office. In fact, Diane was so frightened of a group of news reporters with cameras that she told us in a shaky voice that she called security because she wasn’t sure of our intentions!

We also visited the “superior” court head office in search of Tina Nadeau. (more…)

Lauren Pays Ransom to Armed Gang for Jim’s Release

JimAfter three weeks of being jailed for not filling out a court form, then ultimately for being morally opposed to paying money to aggressors, Jim Johnson is among the semi-free again!

Generous people donated to Jim’s wife Lauren Canario, and she and Jim made the choice to pay the ransom. It is good to have Jim out of the cage, and outrageous that he was put there in the first place. The man in the robe, in an “ORDER”, claims he doesn’t have “statutory authority” to instead of a fine, impose jail time at $50/day, or community service. (See that ORDER, as well as the original one that Jim was imprisoned on here.

Can the robed man, John P. Arnold, be held responsible? Word is that some activists are pursuing the new “grievance committee” option in Concord against both Keene judges, Arnold and Burke. How successful it will be is another question. JJ and I also put in a message with John Lynch, “the governor”, who is the man who appoints all the judges. Thus far, he has not called back.

Other shenanigans related to this case:

The hearing where John P. Arnold threw Jim Johnson back in a cage was about as secret as you can get. (more…)

MassLive.com Wraps up Pete and Ademo’s Trial

MassLive’s Connor Berry reports in from Greenfield with a wrap-up of the trial of Pete and Ademo:

GREENFIELD — It took a Greenfield District Court jury about two hours on Tuesday to acquit a pair of New Hampshire men accused of illegally filming at the Franklin County Jail last summer.

“We can put this behind us and move on with our other projects,” said defendant Pete Eyre, who along with Adam Mueller had been charged with unlawfully filming law enforcement officials at the Greenfield jail last July.

Eyre, 31, and Mueller, 28, both of Keene, are subscribers of voluntaryism, an anti-government movement that favors the concept of natural law or voluntary adherence to rules and regulations over a state-sanctioned system of laws. (more…)
