FreeKeene’s Nick Ryder has posted this excellent cut of the trial for Evan from Wed morning, wherein he was found guilty for resisting arrest and possession of marijuana:
Evan, arrested at the Keene Pumpkin Festival, was on trial on Wednesday for one charge of possession of marijuana, and one charge of resisting arrest. The resisting arrest charge was added because Evan fell to the ground outside City Hall when police tried to arrest him for possession.

No arrests at today’s 420 in Nashua, but they did threaten arrests for “disorderly conduct” over using megaphones. Sounds like it’s time for Megaphone Day in Nashua! Here are the videos, thanks to Bill Dominico:

Thanks to Jason Talley, here are the last moments of heroic cannabis freedom activist Evan Pierce’s show trial from this morning in Keene District Court, where he was found guilty of possession of marijuana and “resisting arrest”. (This from his arrest during the 420 event at the 2009 Pumpkin Fest.) Evan is planning to appeal, which would make him the first liberty activist in NH to do so:
Obscured Truth Network’s coverage of the mass arrests that took place at the Nashua 420 celebration over Liberty Forum Weekend.
During a peaceful 420 celebration in Nashua, a young local man was targeted for arrest by undercover police. This was followed by the arrests of two activists who fell victim to a gross overreaction on behalf of the Nashua Police. All three were released a few hours later, and arraignment dates have been posted on the Free Keene Forum. Curtis, who attended the Nashua 420 on Saturday, despite a recent back injury which had restricted him to a wheelchair, was arrested on Tuesday during another Nashua 420 celebration. He is currently still being held in jail. Check back to FreeKeene for updates on Curtis’ status.
