As I mentioned in one of my blogs from jail, I was asked “Why Keene?”. My inspiration was because this was the area in which Russell and Kat Kanning and Lauren Canario were living, also Dave Ridley. These early movers set the pace for civil disobedience and noncooperation in NH and they were all living in the Keene area. I thought it would be a good time to re-release some classic videos from NHFree.com, courtesy of Tom Sawyer. Tom’s videos of the earliest movers were a big motivation for me to move here. I hope you find them as inspirational as I.

More Federal Cages Planned for New Hampshire as 86% are Incarcerated for Victimless “Crimes”

69 members of the United States Senate believe so, authorizing $6.6 billion dollars for the Bureau of Prisons.

According to WMUR:

New Hampshire Sen. Jeanne Shaheen said it prioritizes funding for two other vacant prisons besides Berlin. The bill now heads to the House of Representatives. The 1,280-bed, medium-security federal prison was completed last year but has yet to open because of a lack of operating funds from Congress.


Libertariannews.org breaks down some shocking prison statistics compiled by DrugWarFacts.org revealing that victimless crime constitutes 86% of the federal prison population:

Free Keene TV – Episode 17 – October 31st, 2011

Ian Freeman makes his first appearance on the show and talks about what led to his arrest as well as his time at the Cheshire County House of Corrections. Jason Talley and Derrick J Freeman are also on to discuss their own experiences. Finally Michele Seven was recently jailed this past weekend and also talks about what happened with her.
