I have started writing blogs which discuss the various drug prohibition caused violence throughout the State of New Hampshire and have been posting them every few days. As this site is based in beautiful Keene, New Hampshire, I wanted to take a moment to discuss a story that directly has impacted the Keene community.
Well well well. The Nashua Police have really been making their community safer. After a massive crack down on plant possession back during the NH Liberty Forum, the case of a priest for wanting to voluntarily exchange his money for the sexual services of someone on Craigslist is once again in the news.

The now infamous camera ban in the 2nd floor lobby of the Keene city hall has expanded again. OTN camera crews are attacked by Keene District Court Security with a metal door.
All this happens right in front of a Keene policewoman who refuses to even take a report, much less arrest the out of control court employee. Plans for a massive camera civil disobedience event are in the works. How much longer can this behavior go on, and how do you feel knowing you pay them to treat you this way?
“But they did prevent Jonathan Whitworth from smoking the pot they found in his possession. So I guess this mission was a success.” – Radley Balko (more…)

Have your video camera or audio recorder handy, and don’t be rude or mean. These people are mostly just folks looking for some work; they aren’t the government’s aggressors. They probably don’t realize the money for their checks comes from coercion and fraud. Here’s what happened when an “enumerator” came calling:
