For those that have been following CopBlock.org, you might remember that myself and eight others were arrested while protesting the Manchester (NH) police – after four of its officers were cleared of wrong doing in the Strange Brew incident. It took about 6 months, considerably shorter than ‘justice’ for others, and to no surprise the judge (this was a bench trial) ruled in favor of the state.
Refusing arguments that I was engaged in Free Speech and Peaceful Assembly – as protected by that worthless paper known as the Constitution (seriously, when is the state going to recycle that shit) – stating Free Speech does not allow me to damage property. Yet, at my trial I wasn’t allowed to ask witnesses if they thought, or had proof, of me damaging anything. In fact, I wasn’t allowed to say the word damage at all because that is a legal conclusion for the court – who? yeah the ‘court’- to decide.
Yesterday I was arraigned on three counts of felony wiretapping – click here to read about Pete’s and my year long fight on MA wiretapping charges. If convicted I face anywhere from 11.5 to 21 years in prison and up to $12,000 in fines. I say IF because the only way I’ll be convicted is if the state (the system itself) protects it’s own. The three people claiming that I wire tapped them are public officials, whom I recorded while acting in their “public” capacities, but we’ll get more into that as we approach trial. (more…)
Its been almost three months to the day since Frank was assaulted by Darren Murphy, an employee of the Manchester Police Department, while at lunch in Manchester’s West High. Since then, and as I explain in the video above, not one single government employee has been reprimanded or had to appear in court. The principle hasn’t been investigated for demanding that Michael delete evidence of a crime. Murphy was back at the same school the very next day, while Frank was suspended for 10 day and awaits news on expulsion – last I heard.
Yet, the victim (Frank) and the two people (myself and Michael) who attempted to hold those harming others accountable are the ones who are being criminalized? Today I found out, via the local news paper, that I have been charged with three counts of felony wiretapping. I face anywhere from 15 – 20 years in prison for these alleged crimes. Seriously? Do you see what’s happening here?
The police are trying to jail me because they’re upset I helped Frank and Michael publicize their encounter with Murphy. When this whole thing could have been solved had Murphy had apologized the following day, after all, we all have long days.
So, who watches the watchers? Where’s the accountability? Where is Murphy’s apology to Frank? Where are the indictments for the public officials who broke the law too? Where is justice?

Stay tuned to this meta post for the latest regarding this story. Once again, I’ll be trying to stay free from a cage because some people think they have more rights than you.
In late 2010 Pete and I were in the mist of our second tour around the country doing LibertyOnTour.com. It was during that time we started shooting Uncle Sam videos. The idea for these videos is, if “Uncle Sam” – the government – was a real person what would he be like? Would he have any friends? Would people voluntarily hand over their hard earned money to this asshole?
He’s been hiding out for most of this year but Uncle Sam was recently spotted in New York City at Occupy Wall Street. He was attempting to strengthen his relationship with ‘the few’ upset protestors. As you’ll see in the video below Uncle Sam doesn’t do very well with the public. Uncle Sam doesn’t understand that you can’t use money and/or force to solve problems. Yet, alot of protestors were willing to give Uncle Sam more of their freedom and money in exchange for just that.
We can’t turn to Uncle Sam to fix our economy, end the war or anything for that matter. He’s the man who wrote the checks for the bailouts, signed the papers sending the troops into other countries. All while demanding more taxes, on all kinds of things, and becoming more and more aggressive to those that speak out against his ideas. He’s the one that steals from one to give to another. After all, government doesn’t have anything it doesn’t take (I mean steal – because that’s what taxation is if you don’t want to pay them) from the productive people of the world.
So would you be friends with Uncle Sam? Would you voluntarily give Uncle Sam your money (ie – taxes)? If yes, would you give Uncle Sam more money to go after those who wanted to spend their own hard earned dollars?
