    IF and only IF, Keene were to accept the bearcat, it should be for the FIRE DEPT, AMBULANCE for life saving, rather than Militant use.

    Keene's hardly the hub of terrorism. IF it were used for MEDICAL use, it could prove useful. As in finding those stuck in a burning building.

    But alas, it wasn't offered for the saving of lives, just a new toy to the Police Dept.
