This permission is contingent on the timely receipt of tithing.
All children among serf class shall be required to attend and partake in the King’s schools. It is in the best interest of our fair society that all children are taught basic reading, writing comprehend basic mathematics and instilled with the values of loyalty to the King and his Court. All weapons are hereby outlawed and shall be given to only those who swear loyalty to the King. Failure to maintain any Royal Certified Documents and failure to tithe in a timely manner shall be punishable by fines, a lengthy stay in a cold damp cell, harassment, torture, ostracizing, the seizure of borrowed Royal property and death.
