News Update

1. On one night in Stratham, NH nine innocent people have been victimized by having their cars broken into and their belongings stolen.  The last investigation I was part of having to do with precisely this type of behavior was a drug addict who needed money for heroin.

Guaranteed that these people were victims of drug prohibition as well.

2. A man who was convicted of killing a small child in Rochester, NH has hired a private investigator to attempt to clear his name.  He vehemently maintains his innocence and was convicted on a purely circumstantial case.

3. A “prominent” physician is out arguing in Portsmouth, NH that people should support a “single-payer” health care system because it would improve the state of health care for all.

For a man who obviously has a great deal of intelligence, it is sad to think that he does not realize the violence that he is supporting while making this argument.  It is also sad that he does not realize the conundrum in his logic:

If I have a *right* to health care…  that would mean I have a *right* to his labor, or perhaps the labor of someone else to pay for it.  Wouldn’t that make that person my slave?

I wish everyone could have health care in this country…  I’m just not willing to support violence to achieve it.  I hope you wont support violence to achieve it either.

4. A man in Amherst, NH has died of a drug overdose.  The article doesn’t say what drug he was using but I’m willing to wager money (oops, that’s a crime) that the drug was heroin.

How could that be?  Heroin is illegal!

The reason it is illegal is the precise reason that there are so many overdoses and crimes related to the supply and use of such drug.  If the drug were not illegal and addicts could get measured doses, clean needles, and a plan from a professional to be drug free, deaths like this could be avoided.  If you think that legalizing heroin/opiates will result in everyone running out to use them…  would you?  I wouldn’t.

5.  Police in several towns on the seacoast are getting together to compare notes on another string of burglaries.

Items that can be quickly sold for cash, such as TVs, electronics and jewelry, have been stolen, along with credit cards.

Why would burglars need to steal items that can quickly be sold for cash?  (hint: drug dealers still don’t accept credit cards.)  Please see news item #1.

6. Another corrupt NH state trooper has gone down and is off to jail for three months.

7. In Hampton, NH school officials are dealing with a serious bullying problem aimed at minority groups such as race and sexual orientation.  Why should parents expect anything different from their children when most parents use the state as an apparatus to bully the same groups?

Our gay brothers, sisters, and friends are still separate but equal according to the government.  To yell at a kid for bullying someone who is gay and then be opposed to allowing gay marriage is a contradictory act.  If you are willing to allow the government to discriminate against people you shouldn’t be surprised if your kids follow suit.

8. Excellent news that the amount of human beings that are caged like animals in New Hampshire is dropping.

9. More news about Mexico flying apart at the seams……. thanks to the US drug war.  The amount of violence perpetrated by the drug cartels over a shot period of time is astonishing.  Supporting the drug war means you support this continued violence.
