Open Anti-White Racism on Display in Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Walking down the street back to the office after a delightful lunch in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, I passed a book store window display. One book stood out to me. “Anti-Racist Baby” was the title.

“Huh, that’s odd.” I thought. I kept walking. Then I stopped and said, “I have to get a picture of this.” It made me feel really weird and bad when upon returning, I saw it was only one in an array of what appeared to be anti-white books. Yikes! Not what I would hope to see in a liberal place like Portsmouth.

I am for treating all people as individuals, believing the best in everyone, and following the Golden Rule. This seems like a step backwards, to a pre-Enlightenment era of treating individuals based on their group — in this case, skin color. Um, with great respect, I am a little confused and repulsed by what I (perhaps incorrectly) view at first glance to be blatantly racist material being promoted in my what-I-thought-was-liberal town.

I am for unity, understanding, and respect — not hate, division, and identity politics. May we all be judged by the content of our character and not by the color of our skin.

  1. Another saga by the idiot Derrick Horton. Derrick and friends are the biggest cowards there are. Since he likes to be hated, he found his niche. Apparently he continues with the mental illness he isn’t controlling with meds. Unfortunately there are people out there who would like to beat the shit out of him.

Derrick was busted and served jail time for a combination of crimes. How can you just plop down money and they erase your criminal record? Of course, he wants a CCW permit. He has been unable to get one due to his criminal background.

  2. Exactly Derrick.

Aww Mark Wolf, that is a lot of vitriol for someone who posting the words ‘I am for treating all people as individuals, believing the best in everyone, and following the Golden Rule.’

Why not set all that hate and anger aside, and accept Derrick’s invitation to good will toward fellow human beings? You may find it quite liberating.

  3. Mark: Quick question, Is life that bad?

  4. dude, he’s a comedian, get over yourself/ stop reading way too deep into it.

  5. Intrigare. freemattpodcast. Hedonists? Some how this just doesn’t surprise me. Ian’s minions will grasp at anything. Derrick is a criminal. He’s like that character Terry on the show Reno 911. Get an education. You are all self-entitled activist losers with nothing to show.

  6. I’m of the opinion that some are making issues out of bullshit for the sake of personal benefit rather than actually giving two shits about justice. I fight for freedom, not freedom for blacks, or freedom for whites. I fight to end the police, but not because the police beat up white people, but because police beat up people, and I won’t just recognize that they beat up blacks even if it’s in disproportional numbers, because they discriminate against many other minorities as well like youths. In fact the most discriminated population is youth, not blacks. Black adults aren’t forced en mass into cages. In comparison near every young person is. That of course does not justify the discrimination black people suffer. Hover discontinuing the use of words like black hat and white hat of which have NOTHING to do with discrimination is just stupid and selfish. It’s creating an issue out of ignorance or malice rather than from any genuine attempt at solving a problem of discrimination.

  7. Mark Wolfbot,

You are glitching. Your canned responses are incoherent and random.

Tell your admin you need an update.

  8. Not to hijack this thread, so, please see my new post to the Dick Marple thread. Thanks.

  9. Racism is a symptom being used as part of the mass distraction package to make people “need” government. Sort of like a co star to the stupid fear masks and lockdowns.

Besides, since the average “African American” has about 25% European ancestry, should there be some kind of mandatory dna testing to make sure the entire populace self loathing ratios are adjusted properly ?
Also, what if the person is a male, extra self loathing points factored in ? More importantly will all that data be included in our micro chips? What about Asians, don’t they get to self loath too?

The real problem isn’t about race, good and bad people come in all colors. That’s not going to change by excoriating people (in both meanings of the word) .

The real divide is people who want others to be free and those who don’t. That will always be the root problem.

  10. I can only imagine to see such a thing. This is definitely a different world. There was a commercial that said, “All lives don’t matter until black lives matter”. This issue has become so explosive. The nation has become divided. There was a story in the news that black lives matter have been shaking down business owners in St. Louis. They have come up with a list of demands that are so far fetched it’s mind boggling how these demands have come from people who want positive change.

The book is a symptom of what’s to come.

  11. Symptoms of what’s to come, huh Jacks? Wow. That’s alarming. Boy, I sure hope my vote protects me from all that crazy shit.

Anyway, teachers unions have been making demands of their own. You know, those very same teachers paid by school taxes that you insist need to be raised every year… just because? Any idea what that might be a symptom of, munchkin? Those guys on the news say it’s because of coronavirus, but I just can’t help but think there might be another reason.

  12. Intrigare. You really live in a fantasy world. This is what happens when you leave an open mic with a bunch of chimps. Unreal. You have ripped off the concept of “The Rocky Horror Picture Show.”

  13. Silvia DeSitter – Teachers want to be paid a fair wage with fare benefits. They are spending their own money to buy supplies for their classrooms. Teachers salaries are threatened when budgets are cut.

Teachers have a 4 year degree. They have the same bills as anyone else so why should they have to buy school supplies, or deal with out of control children who respect no one? If a teacher looks at a student wrong especially a minority child, it’s lawsuit city and should the media get a hold of the story, well, you can see what’s going on today.

  14. Bob C – Can you explain what that means. “free people or those who don’t”?

  15. @Mark Wolfbot why thank you. Anyway, did your admin get a chance to take look at you yet?

@Jumping Jacks he said “The real divide is people who want others to be free and those who don’t.”

Oh and about teachers… Well your public school system isn’t working out so well is it? Seems no one is happy: not the tax payers, not the teachers, not the students. Hmmm what should be done about that Jacks?

  16. Jumping Jacks.

“Teachers want to be paid a fair wage with fare (sic) benefits.”

    Uh huh. That’s nice Jacks.

Anyway, it turns out what they really want is this: https://www.demandsafeschools.org/demands/

“They are spending their own money to buy supplies for their classrooms. Teachers salaries are threatened when budgets are cut.”

Uh huh. Yet you want taxpayers to pay even more in taxes every year so that educrats can work 10 months out of the year and enjoy sick pension plans that no employee in the private sector can even hope of getting. You’re not being very persuasive, Jacks.

“Teachers have a 4 year degree.”

A college degree doesn’t automatically entitle anyone to high-paying job, munchkin. You have to offer something people want at a good price. Public schools don’t do that. That’s why teachers unions hate vouchers so much and alternatives to their services like homeschooling and charter schools. Those kinds of things threaten the monopoly they’re enjoying. See how this works, munchkin?

“They have the same bills as anyone else so why should they have to buy school supplies, or deal with out of control children who respect no one?”

This goes both ways, Jacks. If I don’t have any children, why should I have to pay school taxes for other people’s children? Just because, right?

As for problem students? Simple. Kick them out. And refund the parents so they can pay for schooling that fits their needs, even if it means teaching their kids their own damn selves. I don’t care. Other people’s kids are not my problem. Nor should they be.

“If a teacher looks at a student wrong especially a minority child, it’s lawsuit city and should the media get a hold of the story, well, you can see what’s going on today.”

Lawsuit city, huh Jacks? Sounds precarious. Thing is though, that sort of shit comes with the territory with a one-sized-fits-all government approach to education. You get what you pay for. Or in this case, what you’re forced to pay for. See the dilemma, munchkin? Just kidding. I know you don’t.

  17. Intrigare. It seems like groups like freekeene and copblock support predators like you. It’s sad you even call yourselves human beings.

  18. @ jumping jacks, my explanation is simple. At the root of it, two kinds of people, those who will allow others their rightful freedom and those who won’t.

  19. Silvia DeSitter – You use of an activist web page does not solidify your argument. My wife is a high school teacher. There have been many many times when we have spent money on needed school supplies to help with her classroom and teaching environment.

Your arguments are your thoughts and ideas. They do not have a real solid footing in this discussion. You should educate yourself on what the real story is instead of a bunch of activist lies and unfounded half truths.

You pay taxes for schools because you live in the community. You are not exempt nor will you never be exempt. Complaining about the system and doing nothing about it obviously hasn’t changed anything. How is that working out for you?

You can be part of a solution you feel would be best. Do you volunteer to help out in school classes? Maybe that would give you a much better view about what is going on in the school and the needs in the classrooms. How about voting? Do you vote? Do you go to PTA meetings or town meetings when education is the topic? Do you have the credentials to run for office? Maybe your ideas could be put in effect or at least be heard.

There are a lot off things you can do. If you choose to hide in the stands of self loathing, you have be come the reason why schools are so important.

Education will never go away. Learn to pick the battles you that are attainable. Complaints fall on deaf ears.

  20. “You use of an activist web page does not solidify your argument.”

Uh huh. Activist web pages. That’s nice, Jacks.

“My wife is a high school teacher. There have been many many times when we have spent money on needed school supplies to help with her classroom and teaching environment.”

And my husband and I are taxpayers, Jacks. There have been many, many times (every year, in fact) where we’ve been forced to pay your “wife’s” salary and benefits packages despite not having any children in school. But I get it. Only your family’s financial problems matter, right munchkin? I’m selfish for being concerned about my own.

“Your arguments are your thoughts and ideas. They do not have a real solid footing in this discussion. You should educate yourself on what the real story is instead of a bunch of activist lies and unfounded half truths.”

Mmm hmm. Educate myself. Activist lies and half truths. Epstein killed himself. Hey, you forgot to tell me to take my vitamins and lift my dumbbells like a good little Hulk-a-Maniac.

“You pay taxes for schools because you live in the community. You are not exempt nor will you never be exempt. Complaining about the system and doing nothing about it obviously hasn’t changed anything. How is that working out for you?”

Uh huh. Obviously, Jacks. And none of this has anything to do with the government gun you voted to have pointed at my head, right munchkin?

“You can be part of a solution you feel would be best. Do you volunteer to help out in school classes? Maybe that would give you a much better view about what is going on in the school and the needs in the classrooms. How about voting? Do you vote? Do you go to PTA meetings or town meetings when education is the topic? Do you have the credentials to run for office? Maybe your ideas could be put in effect or at least be heard.”

Yup. Solutions. Volunteering. Voting. Town meetings. Credentials. Ideas. Those are all really nice, Jacks. You want government to do everything for you and I don’t. But your needs always outweigh my own by default. Sounds fair.

“There are a lot off things you can do.”

By lots you mean I should vote my way to freedom, right Jacks? Doesn’t sound like a very good plan. But I can see you’ve really thought this through, so good job munchkin.

“If you choose to hide in the stands of self loathing, you have be come the reason why schools are so important.”

Self loathing, huh? Wow. You’re really at the top of your game today, aren’t you Jacks?

“Education will never go away. Learn to pick the battles you (sic) that are attainable. Complaints fall on deaf ears.”

Nice closing remark, Jacks. No, really. I’m not just saying that. Now I would’ve ended it with “we all lived happily ever after,” but that’s just me.

  21. Why did you change your name from drac vermachelli… To something else

  22. My response to this is that people get to say anything…um…..dl hugley is a comedian, I think so… Um…idk… I’m not feeling racisted…..I’m a whitey…

  23. Um black people doing this is like… Palestine throwing rocks at Israel

  24. Silvia DeSitter – Please do not call me “munchkin” I do not like it.

You haven’t answered most of my questions. You just posted platitudes.

“Yup. Solutions. Volunteering. Voting. Town meetings. Credentials. Ideas. Those are all really nice, Jacks. You want government to do everything for you and I don’t. But your needs always outweigh my own by default. Sounds fair”.

I’ve never said I wanted government to do everything. Those are your words. How are my needs out weighing your needs? I pay the same taxes you do. Complaining about it doesn’t change anything. Except to keep you up at night and give yourself ulcers.

Yes, in part your tax money goes to pay my wife and other teachers. Since you live within the community you don’t have a choice. Is that really a battle you want to waste time complaining about? Your taxes also go to many other entities that help other people in the community whether you use those resources or not. Should you need them, isn’t it nice to know those resources are available to you.

No one likes paying taxes and everyone wants lower taxes but the real fact is, there is nothing you can do about it. Accept participate within the community to help vote down measures that will raise taxes.

I am not sure why this subject is brought up when the article is about “white racism”

  25. there are only learners…no teachers…ipso fatso…schools should all be demolished into rubble…OR… they could be torched into blazing infernos too becud I’m very flexible, all the time, on things

  26. further, the rubble should remain there because i like rink ure piles, besides that, kids like to play in rubble

  27. Maybe this revelation sheds some light on what caused your old buddy, Christopher Cantwell, to go into a fit of rage.

  28. No it doesn’t shed light on that… He did that becud he crady

  29. Jumping Jacks
‘Please do not call me “munchkin” I do not like it.’
Would you prefer if he told you to ‘educate yourself,’ hmmm Jacks?

‘You haven’t answered most of my questions. You just posted platitudes.’
Hmmm you’d never dream of doing that, right Jacks? 😉 Lol By the way, care to answer the question I asked you earlier?

‘No one likes paying taxes and everyone wants lower taxes but the real fact is, there is nothing you can do about it.’

That’s called learned helplessness Jacks. There is plenty that can be done about it. Derrick and Ian show us how. Start with no longer lending credence to an illegitimate system of violence like the one we’ve got and like the one you and your “wife” love shoving down everyone’s throat.

To borrow some of your terminology, educate yourself. There are plenty of resources on the about section of this website you can check out in case you ever become interested in being more than just a forum troll here.

  30. Thanks, Intrigare. Well put.

    As for Jacks…

“Complaining about it doesn’t change anything. Except to keep you up at night and give yourself ulcers.”

Like Intrigare says: we’re not complaining, we’re educating. But you already know that, don’t you Jacks? That’s why you post here all the time. You desperately want to put an end to the educating but you’re just not smart enough to pull it off. Don’t feel bad, munchkin. We still love you to death.

“Yes, in part your tax money goes to pay my wife and other teachers. Since you live within the community you don’t have a choice.”

Uh huh. Exactly. No choices. Remember that you said that, Jacks.

Anyway, I noticed you forgot that our taxes also go to pay administrative staff and, most importantly, unions as well. You know, those same assholes that make it next to impossible to fire bad teachers? Unless they’ve committed a crime of course. Then they’re out.

Nice arrangement, huh? A service where the providers can’t get fired no matter how badly they perform their jobs. Put simply, they make the rules, we write the checks, and they cash them. No refunds. Fuck you. Pay me. How much longer do you think this is going to last? Taxpayers are on to the scam, Jacks, and they’re getting pissed.

“Your taxes also go to many other entities that help other people in the community whether you use those resources or not. Should you need them, isn’t it nice to know those resources are available to you.”

What if I never need them, Jacks? Do I get a refund? Do I get to choose a cheaper alternative since I use the government’s “help” so infrequently? Not with your plan. No choices, remember? Fuck you. Pay me.

“No one likes paying taxes and everyone wants lower taxes but the real fact is, there is nothing you can do about it. Accept (sic) participate within the community to help vote down measures that will raise taxes.”

Uh huh. That’s nice, Jacks. Anyway, it’s interesting how enthusiastic you are about the idea of using the “community” argument to force me to write bigger checks year after year. It’s all good because that “wife” of yours is benefiting from all those checks I write, right munchkin?

“I am not sure why this subject is brought up when the article is about “white racism”” (sic)

That’s easy to answer, munchkin. Earlier in this thread, you pointed out that BLM was shaking down business owners in St. Louis, ostensibly with a list of demands. I followed by pointing out to you that teachers unions are engaging in a similar shakedown on taxpayers. What interested me most was the fact that you expressed disdain for the first crime but enthusiastically stuck up for the second. Weird reaction on your part, huh?

  31. Weird indeed, Silvia. Jacks is funny like that.

Hey isn’t it interesting that Jacks will agree with the establishment on everything EXCEPT blm?

Its almost as if he is against blm solely because FreeKeene has expressed some support for it. Its almost as if FreeKeene is relevant enough for someone to pay to have a resident troll on it, posting to disagree with everything that is said, no matter what it is. What do you think? You too Jacks, what do you think?

  32. I don’t know about any of that, Intrigare. If Jacks really is a paid troll, then my guess is his bosses don’t think too much of Free Keene at all. Personally, I think he’s just an angry libtard with an axe to grind. And boy does he grind it. Seven years and counting by my tally.

Anyway, the fun part for me isn’t debating with this asshole. It’s counting how many “munchkins” I can get away with before he finally throws a hissy and chastens me with the silent treatment. Any bets, Intrigare?

  33. Silvia DeSitter – You have proven you are uneducated about most things. Again you call me names when I asked you not to. You obviously have no respect for yourself so you cannot respect anyone else. I strongly suspect you are who you say you are.

Intrigare – “‘Please do not call me “munchkin” I do not like it.’
Would you prefer if he told you to ‘educate yourself,’ hmmm Jacks?

You are not educating anyone. You are complaining with your fingers crossed. You along with other freekeeners admit loss to the government but you have done nothing to change anything. Using the word “educate” is just another ploy that is supposed to excuse you from your apathy regarding your statements.

Since you show no maturity and Intrigare called you a “he” Your sorry ass will be writing checks to my wife for as long as you live and have income. My wife has an excellent pension you are paying for.

Should you chose to blow off paying taxes, you will be met with serious fines and maybe jail time. When they take everything from you, some of it will be going to my wife and her pension.

You just are not worth mine or anyone else’s time.

  34. Uh huh. Obviously.

Oh wait? There’s more? Ploys. Strong suspicions. Crossed fingers. Apathy. Maturity. Wife. Pension. Taxes. Fines. Jail time. Wife. Pension. Mmm hmm. Wow. All fine points, Jacks.

Hey, I noticed you brought up “wife” and “pension” more than once. I guess those things are your favorite parts, right munchkin? You’re very detail oriented, by the way. Don’t let anyone here tell you any different.

Oh, and thanks a bunch for defending my pronouns. Intrigare is such a scoundrel, isn’t he? Still, I think he deserved at least one chance to place a bet here. Just as a courtesy. You couldn’t hold back on that hissy for just one more day, Jacks? Geez. You need to work on your self-restraint.

  35. Apologies for the incorrect pronoun, Silvia. And yeah Jacks ruined our bet. I’m sure we can think of some other good ones though. How about how many times in one thread will Jacks do the same thing he insults others for? Like these gems:

“You should educate yourself on what the real story is instead of a bunch of activist lies and unfounded half truths.” – Jumping Jacks

“Using the word “educate” is just another ploy that is supposed to excuse you from your apathy regarding your statements.” – Jumping Jacks

Lol. Yup either a paid troll or a deranged individual. Got to love him though.

  36. No worries, Intrigare. I just assumed it was a typo on your part. But I have to say it was pretty thrilling to be white-knighted by someone like Jacks. He can be so gallant at times, can’t he?

Anyway, I guess the cat’s out of the bag. Apparently Jacks has developed suspicions that I am who I say I am – whatever that means. Boy, he really has an unusual way of expressing himself, doesn’t he? Regardless, this is clearly grounds for the silent treatment in his mind. So I guess this means he wins, right Intrigare? Ha ha. Too funny.

  37. At least one of the books pictured, “The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How Government Segregated America” by Richard Rothstein, is not racist — at least that is my general impression without having read it. I heard the author speak in person, and he gave a terrific presentation that I think does expose an under-appreciated history of racism in housing, specifically how it was the result of government policies. It is a history that I think any libertarian or person who understands that government tends to screw things up and make them worse will appreciate.
