West Manchester Day

A key impetus for FreeKeene.com is to cover liberty activism in the Free State of New Hampshire. Content often takes the form of documenting an uninvited incident, ousting aggressors, and supporting individuals standing up for their rights. But just as relevant in this peaceful evolution are happenings that proactively seek to grow neighborly goodwill and interconnectedness.

Enter: West Manchester Day, happening Saturday, September 04, 2021.

West Manchester, Free State of New Hampshire

Like many mill towns that sprung up before the automobile was a thing, parts of Manchester, including West Manchester — the portion of Manchester on the west side of the Merrimack River — are quite dense. Despite this proximity, many residents don’t know their neighbors. Individuals are relatively atomized. West Manchester Day is an attempt to change that for the better — to provide a space where residents can meet, partake in joint activities, and share good times.

As this happens real connections form, lessening perceived division. This could mean a new best friend, someone to help with childcare, or new clients for one’s services or goods. This newfound personal rapport makes it more likely for neighbors to look out for each other, and should a conflict arise, more likely to work things out rather than involve an unknown, unaccountable stranger (police employee) prone to escalate.

West Manchester Day festivities begin with a tour of Parkside Gardens — a community garden just south of Parkside Middle School, then transitions to Rock Rimmon Park where there will be games (I’m personally looking forward to the tug of war!), contests, and an ice cream truck. In attendance will be several area entrepreneurs, folks involved with We Heart West, and hopefully you, dear reader.

  1. I’m still being frozen out of the Shire. AN-y-how, I have an open court appearance in Plymouth, 26 Green Street at 11:20 and all are welcome, Ridley especially. I’m going to try to have Amy Camino of WMUR there.. This is, of course, my driving without license/registration. Please come.

  2. John Redman: You forgot to post a date and is this a trial or a hearing ?

  3. Tomorrow, 19 August, 11:20, 26 Green St, Plymouth. A 1st hearing on two separate charges. Ya’ll come?

  4. Did you drive without license and registration? If so, why do you think you can use the roads without paying for them? Even in the absence of the state you would need to pay for road service, so what is your excuse?

  5. What is this? You have mentioned, finding a babysitter, new best friend, clients for one’s business. You can find all of that on the internet though I’d rather not know ow you get your “new best friends”.

It also seems like you are saying if someone doesn’t believe in your cause, you will oust them. Yeah, that’s freedom invented by the freekeeners. How do you think you are going to oust anyone from a public forum? This festival was created for the city of Manchester. Not for rioting idiot freekeeners. Since the whole town will be at this Manchester festival, I believe you uninvited freekeeners are going to be the people that is run off. The crypto6 are still fresh in everyone’s minds.

  6. The roads are public property, free for all to use except for making ones living from it. The cost of them is not my problem but the ones that took on the job of maintaining them. (think gasoline taxes, BTW) Private roads would be the only fair way of keeping and paying for them. But you are a troll and a filthy one at that. Please ESAD with JJ.

  7. Those are some wild conspiracy theories there Jumping Jacks. Hey did you get that brain thing of yours checked out yet by any chance?

  8. “But you are a troll and a filthy one at that. Please ESAD with JJ.”

Look at that, he must know you guys. Lol

  9. Please support Property Rights and attend my hearing tomorrow (11:20, 26 Green St, Plymouth, NH). Dave Ridley, can you please be there?

  10. Public doesn’t mean unrestricted. Fuel tax only covers part of the road maintenance. You want all the benefits of society with none of the cost. Hey, why don’t you bring up the right to travel bullshit in court, I’m sure it will work this time. Judges are very patient and understanding lol

  11. John Redmam: I am interested in your trial, but not the hearings that proceed it where all you’ll end up doing is pleading guilty or not. It is a bit of a drive for me or otherwise I might go to that just in support, but I got a feeling you don’t really need anyone for a guilty or not guilty plea with your history. By now you must know the system well enough to get through that part on your own. Keep us informed as this is activism that is worth letting others know about and getting more people involved in. Hiding isn’t the answer. Swamping the courts and cages with non violent ‘criminals’ can be used to work against the violent system.

  12. Right to travel bullshit, eh Marx? Lol.

Hey who knows, maybe the judge will give him the benefit of the doubt and find him not guilty like Rochelle Kelley after the police testified that she disobeyed orders. What do you think?

  13. Motor vehicle laws exist everywhere and for good reason. Redman sounds like the kind of idiotic, childish, anti-social douchebag who is an embarrassment to the Free State Project.

  14. Yes, Intrigare. Right to travel by vehicle is sovcit bullshit that won’t fly in court. It’s been tested time and time again. No license and registration is dead simple to prove. There is no grey area. Did you have it, or not? Were you in the system on that date, or not? Either those answers are yes, or he has proof he paid and it was entered in the system incorrectly. The judge might cut some slack if he has his paperwork in order now and isn’t a prick. Prosecutor could offer a plea deal as well.

  15. Yo, Ghost, you ain’t dead yet? Too bad for the rest of us. As for the “anti-social” commenter, what ever happened to property and privacy rights? Shitcanned to make way for the glorious soviet paradise? I hope that you are holding your breath for that fantasy. You can join JJ and Ghost in the dustbin of history. AND I hope that the trip is painful.

  16. BTW, John, I never plea. To do so enters one into their “jurisdiction”. I fight that tooth and nail. Every hearing is a ‘trial’ – for them. Please show up just to show support (for Property and Privacy Rights).

  17. Psst. You entered their jurisdiction when you decided to drive on public roads in the geographical area assigned to the court. Let me know how big of a fine you get. lol

  18. Redman…I am a New Hampshire Conservative, Republican, NRA member etc.
The roads are on public lands so they have a right to require sober, competent drivers of a certain age who drive at safe speeds. Licensing drivers is the way that this is done. Is that so hard to understand ? Private roads are your answer? Who is going to build them? Are they only for rich people ? And what are you going to do when I drive on your private road ? Call the police ? You obviously haven’t thought any of this through. That is why every State and Country on the planet requires licenses and registrations. Stop being an idiot who wishes everybody dead. Nobody cares about your case. Nobody is going to show up. Once again, you will simply be convicted.

  19. I just found your website, Redman. Your court filings are hilariously bad. Tell me you didn’t actually submit that crap? It’s going to get tossed as fast as the judge can read it. It’s just going to be a repeat of your 2008 lawsuit against the governor of Georgia lol

Also, clean up your yard. You live like a pig.

  20. Redman-the Ghost is a gay liberal and I am a straight conservative. But we have found some common ground. We both think that you are a steaming pile of shit. You should be run out of town on a rail.

  21. I’m actually not gay or liberal, I just play one on Free Keene. lol

In reality, I’m these guy’s worst nightmare. I’m an Authoritarian Overlord (aka lizard person/Zionist Jew) sent from the secret cabal that controls the world. We’re scheming to strip every ounce of precious freedom from their life so that they may be miserable. I’m in the ANTIFA division, assigned to work in the FBI. It’s pretty tough work, but the benefits are pretty decent. Comes with dental and vision, and a pretty generous 401k match.

  22. John Redman – So I am not allowed to have my own opinion. That figures. You radical activists think the world owes you. The world doesn’t owe you anything. You bitch, whine, and carry on with your Disney fantasies that make no sense You spout off with all these tough child like statements when the real fact is should you ever have to deal with the PD, you would curl up into a ball of quivering coward like positions.

Before today, I have never heard of you. You have a lot of growing up to do idiot

  23. Gangs claim jurisdiction over areas too, but it doesn’t necessarily make it so.

So LFOD I guess that means you’ll be handing over your guns whenever they deem it unsafe for you to continue having them?

  24. “I’m an Authoritarian Overlord (aka lizard person/Zionist Jew) sent from the secret cabal that controls the world.”

Ha no you’re just one of their subservients, to be used as a tool now and cast into the flames later along with the rest of us. But hey kudos on those benefits for now.

  25. “So I am not allowed to have my own opinion. That figures.” -Jumping Jacks

    Rofl
    Just… Lol

  26. ^^^Silvia here is your next idea for a handle. Hehe

  27. I guess those thousands of troll posts here over the years haven’t been enough to show him that he can have an opinion?

    Hehe Jacks what a riot.

  28. Trial was set for November 3rd, 8;30, 26 Green ST, Plymouth, 2 hours allocated. I said 2 days but was ignored.. James and one guy from PorcFest (Albert Peel) were there to support me. No masks were worn by anyone and Red was graciously allowed in (as my ESA). I did not enter a plea and warned that this was a political trial over which the court has zero jurisdiction. Judge agreed to that part but did not agree that it IS political., said that will be decided nov 3rd.

  29. “Motor vehicle laws exist everywhere and for good reason” That may be but they are written in such a way that they absolutely infringe on constitutional rights BEFORE those rights are misused, not after. So, no Due process but that does not occur to you. you give government a lot of slack. Shame on you. Your adoption of live Free Or Die is outright theft. you are a willing slave. “Conservative” you are not though Republican sounds about right. “Cowards” are those claiming to be Christians and those CLAIMING to care about freedom but never rock the boat or put themselves at risk. All those speakers at PorcFest and not one would support actual Property Rights. FFF indeed. words only. Jeffery Tucker, an empty suit (with bow-tie). Carla? A liar like the rest. As for my yard, i work alone and the previous occupant (Danny) was by last week and was impressed. I don’t live here yet. Some more work needs done like running a replacement water line, this time 6 feet deep, below the frost line. I did not lose my suit against Georgia (2008? I thought it was 2005) as much as refuse to pay the court fees (Free Access supposedly guaranteed, right?). This time I paid the $402. AN-y-how, I cost them plenty, this time, too. I have been doing this for 30 years, PD included.

  30. “So, no Due process but that does not occur to you. ”

What do you think your court date today and on Nov. 3rd classifies as?

“I did not lose my suit against Georgia (2008? I thought it was 2005) as much as refuse to pay the court fees (Free Access supposedly guaranteed, right?).”

Sure sounds like you lost there, buddy. I read the court order. The judge said your suit had no merit and granted the dismissal. Your current lawsuit against the NH Governor is also going to lose, and for similar reasons.

“This time I paid the $402.”

I thought you didn’t pay? lol

“I have been doing this for 30 years, PD included.”

I know. The court record is littered with your losses. You just can’t seem to win, can you?

  31. No, Intrigare, I am not turning over my guns. We have a Second Amendment. However, the Second Amendment doesn’t apply to driving on public roads.

  32. Thanks for the recommendation, Intrigare. Zoinks. There’s just so many hysterically funny phrases to choose from once Jacks enters the conversation.

Anyway, I’ve really been enjoying watching our two favorite libtard weirdos trying to defend the notion of taxation by citation. Kudos for supplying us with a better topic, John.

Oh, and check it out! The lone conservative voice in the forum is having shit fit too. Even wants to run John out of town just because he wants to exercise his Constitutional rights and have his day in court. What a lunatic, huh? Polish up the trophy, Intrigare. That’s Spazz of the Day winning material right there.

  33. “Ha no you’re just one of their subservients, to be used as a tool now and cast into the flames later along with the rest of us. But hey kudos on those benefits for now.”

Well, yeah. I mean, I haven’t been promoted to Senior Authoritarian Overlord yet. Before becoming top dog, I still have to become a Sinister Supervisor, Malevolent Manager, Assistant Director of Evil, Diabolic Director, The Prince of Darkness, The Artist Formerly Known As Prince, Hillary Clinton, and finally Steve.

  34. “Gangs claim jurisdiction over areas too, but it doesn’t necessarily make it so.”

I really think my partner (gay) is going to bring me pie, but that doesn’t necessarily make it so. Mmm… pie. What are we talking about again? Were you trying to say something relevant?

  35. I degreed as an engineer and sometimes think along those imbued lines. What if consumer products were made to the same standards as “laws” (I know, with government interference, they already in large part are). Your toaster wouldn’t toast, your tires would last 2 months and that would be the best of it. I posit that laws ought not exist to “solve” peoples problems. They really don’t. The rent-seekers “solve” their income problems at our expense but not the issue they are paid to address. That’s because they cannot. One cannot remove the speck from anothers eye with a log in ones own, after all. The other thing they are “good” at is making themselves feel important. T. S. Eliot addressed this in his play The Cocktail Party. You can listen to the voice of Alec Guinness at minute 41 of the DECCA recording of it speak these lines -“Half the harm that is done in this world is due to people who want to feel important. They don’t mean to do harm; but the harm does not interest them. Or they do not see it, or they justify it because they are absorbed in the endless struggle to think well of themselves.” Later Eliot modified that to “most” and I certainly agree. I also have adopted a line from Jonathon Edwards song Sunshine as my mantra- “You can’t even run your own life, I’ll be damned if you’ll run mine.” Why does ANYONE accept the destructively inferior work product of government-types in place of well crafted, liberty respecting “laws”? You, Live Free or Die, you call yourself a Republican (and I already said that I agree with that) which means that you want in on the rent but have no concept of respecting Rights. You are not the sharpest knife in the drawer, after all, more like a steaming pile of turd.and a troll like JJ and Ghost. Remember, “Laws”, like public work projects, kill innocent people directly or indirectly by removing economic choices from actual productive persons. Parasites are like that (and all deserve the same end).

  36. “What if consumer products were made to the same standards as “laws” (I know, with government interference, they already in large part are). Your toaster wouldn’t toast, your tires would last 2 months and that would be the best of it. I posit that laws ought not exist to “solve” peoples problems.”

Yeah, both toasters and tires (and the vast majority of things) are manufactured in accordance with government regulation. It’s nice. Your toaster is going to work without causing a fire in your house (which would have been built to government mandated electrical code). If it did anyway due to a design flaw, the FTC would mandate a recall. Companies usually don’t do that voluntarily, and if they do, it is because they are afraid of the FTC. Also, if your tire has a problem after two months you have a warranty claim…thanks to government regulation. lol

“Remember, “Laws”, like public work projects, kill innocent people directly or indirectly by removing economic choices from actual productive persons.”

Or they provide critical infrastructure that enables economic choice. The existence of public roads and sewers are killing people. Good one lol.

  37. BTW on the 2A, it is a steaming pile of crap created by rent seekers. We do not need it in as much as guns are a mere form of completely protected Private Property (as are automobiles, tee shirts, books, farm animals, farm plants, land, a private interest in Public Roads, etc.). Lysander Spooner had a respectable take on government. Maybe more readers here might read The Constitution of No Authority, you commies included.

  38. “I degreed as an engineer”

Oh no. Silvia, he dared to mentioned his profession. I guess he must be a libtard. I’m sorry dear, He seemed to be on your side.

  39. From where do you get your ‘high opinion’ of government efficacy? From the Warren Report? From the Gulf of Tonkin debacle? From Lincoln’s dead mule? The Battleship Maine? From Bush’s WMD? From you febrile imagination?

  40. My Profession, Ghost, is Roving PITA. I am a voluntariest. agorist and a classic liberal. The last thing I “did” was be a small business owner making payroll for a number of productive people and aiding in keeping customers entering my door.

  41. Dear Ghost, where was the Due Process when it was decided that my Property Rights in my automobile already were forfeit? Nowhere, that’s where you commie troll, you coward, you useful idiot.

  42. “My Profession, Ghost, is Roving PITA. I am a voluntariest. agorist and a classic liberal. ”

Ah, so you’re unemployed. I’m not surprised. No wonder you aren’t registering your vehicle. You don’t have any money, lol.

  43. “Unemployed” for 31 years. Wonder how I get by.

  44. That’s ok, Karl. Turns out all I have to do is ignore what John’s done and let him get away it. Maybe even compliment him for his cheek. You know, exactly like you libtard weirdos always do? Easy, peasy, Japanesey, am I right?

  45. ““Unemployed” for 31 years. Wonder how I get by.”

Sounds like you aren’t, given you don’t have enough money for license and tags. lol

  46. Uh huh. Because no one’s ever refused to pay for such nonsense as an act of civil disobedience, right Karl?

  47. I have enough. All that we (Red and I) need. Does that bother you, how much money others have? Lefturds ARE the jealous ones, the politics of envy being their foundation. Mine is minding my own business.

  48. Struck a nerve, Silvia? Are you unemployed too? Is that why you are so sensitive when people bring up their professions?

Redman, generally sovcits don’t pay for license and tags because they either lost their license drunk driving, or they don’t have any money. In your case, it is the latter. Instead of not driving, or getting gainful employment so you can pay your fees, you instead make up this stupid fantasy narrative that makes you out to be a rugged freedom fighter instead of the unemployed freeloader that you are.

I have no problem paying my taxes. I make far more money than you. I work in the FBI, remember? We just gorge ourselves on the earnings of the brave producers of wealth. If only the noble capitalists could rise up, and shrug the world’s problems off of their shoulder. Oh wait, they need wage-slaves to do all of the actual work. Could you imagine Elon Musk shoveling shit? lol not going to happen.

  49. Idiot-face, I’m just shy of 80 but I retired at 47. Never did receive “income” and avoided taxes (theft) on most of the rest. You are a thief and a scumbag accolite of J Edger Hoover who was one nasty piece of perv work. Eliot Ness you aren’t, nor any of your thug-brothers. I leave it to God to deal as He wishes with all control freaks but I have my druthers.

  50. “Struck a nerve, Silvia?”

Ha ha. Yeah. Totally, Karl. 🙂

    “Are you unemployed too?”

Nope. I’m a trophy wife. Best job ever, by the way.

“I have no problem paying my taxes.”

Uh huh. But that’s only because your employer pays your taxes for you, Karl.

“I make far more money than you.”

Oh? My husband benches 405. We also live in a mansion and own a yacht. I guess that means I win, right?

“Could you imagine Elon Musk shoveling shit?”

I know, right? Say, didja see him on SNL this year, Karl? God he was so funny. Rich people don’t have a care in the world, do they?
