Free Keene already published the damning video showing General Don Bolduc, the republican candidate for US senate in NH, lying to police to have Joa from “Breaking the Flaw” wrongfully arrested. The story and video have gone viral yet right wing publications have largely ignored the truth of the video that proves Joa never touched Bolduc. Meanwhile, Joa has filed complaints against Bolduc with Goffstown police, as Bolduc was the one who committed assault against Joa and then made false reports to police.
Now, you can see this longer form video showing various scenes from outside the senate debate at St. Anselm College, including libertarians protesting Jeremy Kauffman being excluded from the debate, but mostly focusing on the entire arrest and subsequent release of Joa:
Should be an interesting case when it goes to trial. Joa’s arraignment is at Goffstown District Court at 8:15am on December 1st.
NH Republican US Senate candidate General Don Bolduc was caught in another lie tonight. This time, claiming a libertarian activist threw a punch at him outside a debate at St Anselm College in Manchester, NH. Multiple mainstream media sites are touting the campaign’s claim that Bolduc dodged a punch from Joa of “Breaking the Flaw“. (FOX, NYPost, Breitbart, Washington Examiner)
The campaign and Bolduc himself, are lying. Joa never threw a punch nor did he even try to touch Bolduc. He did approach him and yell at him about being a warmonger, that’s it. Bolduc on the other hand immediately pointed Joa out to police, who then took him into custody as Bolduc yelled, “He hit me!” multiple times. The video clearly shows that it was in fact Bolduc who hit Joa, then feigning that he’d been hurt in the same arm with which he hit Joa. Bolduc’s supporters then roughed up Joa even further, but police didn’t arrest any of them. Watch it for yourself:
Though Joa was arrested, he was only charged with “disorderly conduct” and “criminal trespass”. It’s noteworthy that despite Bolduc’s hollering, police did not charge Joa with assault or battery. Perhaps because they too witnessed the incident and know the truth – Bolduc lied.
There is a lot more video from this event, but I wanted to get this part out as soon as possible. Stay tuned to Free Keene for more coverage.
A key impetus for FreeKeene.com is to cover liberty activism in the Free State of New Hampshire. Content often takes the form of documenting an uninvited incident, ousting aggressors, and supporting individuals standing up for their rights. But just as relevant in this peaceful evolution are happenings that proactively seek to grow neighborly goodwill and interconnectedness.
A recruitment pitch made earlier this week by the Manchester Police Outfit touted qualified immunity as a job perk. Qualified immunity being the legalese that says that some people (those with badges) are not to be held accountable for their actions unless their counterparts in legaland deem it so.
In a follow-up, the the top-dog of the Manchester Police outfit Allen Aldenberg voiced platitudes: “This post was not the place to mention qualified immunity.” Why not? Is it that Aldenberg is against qualified immunity, as asked by commenter Justin O’Donnell?
I don’t think so. Nowhere has Aldenberg questioned the “qualified immunity” guise. So again, if qualified immunity is indeed claimed, why does Aldenberg say that it should not be mentioned in a job pitch?
The heroic “Sticker Pimps” arrested by Manchester police are not facing death, but they have been kidnapped by Manchester’s “finest” gang and are being prosecuted for “criminal mischief” for the dastardly “crime” of placing counter-propaganda White Rose Society stickers on so-called “public property”. Here’s what you need to know about them:
Frank ‘Footloose’ Staples – The founder of Absolute Defiance, Footloose has been leading the protests outside NH gang leader Chris Sununu’s home. He was recently arrested in front of Sununu’s home for speaking to a cop.
Jason Gerhard – Jason is currently a candidate for Selectman in Northfield, NH in an election happening TODAY. He’s qualified a warrant article for the town meeting this weekend which – if passed – instructs the Selectmen to ask some very interesting questions of the IRS. We discussed it with him in detail on Free Talk Live this last Saturday. Jason also spent nearly 13 years in federal prison for supporting tax freedom advocates Ed and Elaine Brown and was released in early 2020.
The situation is very reminiscent of what happened in 2011 when eight activists – mostly from Keene – were arrested and charged with “criminal mischief” among other catch-alls, for chalking pro-freedom messages outside Manchester’s police gang headquarters. They were the “Chalking Eight”.
The White Rose has been a very active group on Telegram, with photos posted daily from people placing their eye-opening, thought-provoking, and sometimes amusing stickers on various things all around the world. According to one of the channel’s admins, thus far with perhaps thousands of activists stickering around the world, the first to be arrested were New Hampshire’s “Sticker Pimps” in the supposed live-free-or-die state.
Yesterday scores of people gathered outside of City Hall in Manchester, New Hampshire to voice their support for retaining freedom of choice with regard to masks. Some city alderman were scheduled to vote on a mandate that would require residents and visitors to wear face coverings at all times, regardless of their efficacy, or pay $1,000.00 for non-compliance. Allegedly, the decision was a split vote 7-7, with the mayor being the deciding vote, so the council decided to postpone the vote until next month.
The event, titled “Mask Mandates: Absurd, Slavish, and Destructive to Mankind” was organized on Facebook by State Senate candidate Carla Gericke with only 24 hours notice. The name is a nod to New Hampshire’s Tenth Amendment. Attendees held signs, distributed literature to passers-by, and addressed the crowd with a megaphone. The overall theme of the event was that health and medical decisions are a personal choice and should not be mandated by government agents. Similar events have taken place in Plymouth and Portsmouth, where local bureaucrats are considering similar mandates and fines.
Yesterday, agents in Concord, NH mandated that face coverings be worn by all people in most businesses or face fines — a move that the Liberty Defense Fund of New Hampshire says it will challenge in court. As more well-intentioned bureaucrats jump on the mask mandate bandwagon, they recklessly invite endless lawsuits and legal challenges for which their residents must pay. It is not enough to infringe on the people’s rights. To add insult to injury, they also make residents and business owners pay for the lawsuits to defend the infringement, win or lose.
