STOP Judicial Child Abuse in New Hampshire Family Courts is a popular legal blog for tracking abuses of all things domestic relations law related in the New Hampshire Judicial Branch’s Family Court Division.  I’m honored to say that I’ve been invited to guest blog at their site about abuses I witnessed in the area of domestic relations law while working as a law enforcement officer.

I cannot imagine one New Hampshire law enforcement officer who has not had to serve some court order that they knew just defies logic as it pertains to a specific family situation.  Kicking people out of their own home is not a pleasant thing to have to do for work…  especially when you know the court is wrong.  Police officers know far better what the situation is within a family with problems than the court ever will, yet those same officers are often completely unaware of hearings which result in lives literally being destroyed.

Today the blog published an article informing the New Hampshire legal community of the New Hampshire Judicial Branch abuses of Adam Muller and Jason Talley.

Public Officials “DOXed” – Anonymous Lawyers Wanting to Help Jason Talley

I’ve heard rumblings that the hacker group Antisec has been “DOXing” public officials in the Keene area.  I even heard that Judge Burke had been “DOXed” due to the groups displeasure over his interaction with Carlos Miller.

Given the recent threat against Judge Burke, I will make sure the NH Attorney General is made aware of this.

I just happen to be at the AG’s office yesterday making a formal complaint for a criminal investigation into the court orders enacted following a judge being caught on camera committing a crime.  The investigator I met with was cordial, polite, and friendly.  Out of respect to him, I will not repeat anything that he said to me.

I also asked that the investigator relay my request that the Attorney General’s Office should assume control of State v. Jason Talley and dismiss his charges.

BEARCAT-Supporting City Councilors, Mayor Targeted by AntiSec

Did you really think it was going to be over last night? What a shame no city councilors had the courage to change their vote in the face of so much public opposition to the killing machine that the Keene police want to bring to town. We tried to tell them the world was watching.

Now it appears some hacktivists have also been paying attention to what is going on in Keene and the heroic group AntiSec has targeted “mayor” Kendall Lane and the Keene city councilors who voted in favor of the BEARCAT for a good doxing.

They have started with info about Kendall Lane and Janice Manwaring. AntiSec states that the rest are coming. The dox are being posted to the AntiSec facebook page, and who knows where else they are being spread.

Do you think the council expected attention like this? Kudos to the brave hacktivists in AntiSec for taking on this issue and paying attention to the oppression going on here in Keene.

I will update this post as AntiSec continues to post more info.

Motion To Depose Four Judges: DENIED – Motion To Change Venue: DENIED

Two days after New Hampshire State Representative (and Redress of Grievances Committee member) George Lambert (R) (Hillsboro-27) authorized subpoenas for four sitting New Hampshire judges in the presence of New Hampshire State Representative JR Hoell (R) (Merrimack-13), Judge Kathleen McGuire DENIED Jason Talley the ability to question said judges about what they knew about the court orders that caused him to be arrested for mere POSSESSION OF A CAMERA.

Why would he want to question them about the orders?  Because they enacted them three days after a judge committed a crime on camera.

She also DENIED Jason’s request that the trial be moved out of the county as he doesn’t believe he can receive a fair trial there.

I now intend on filing a Rule 11 Petition with the New Hampshire Supreme Court to ask that they take this case from the Cheshire County Superior Court.

From the judge’s order:

“The legality of any judge’s order will not be an issue for the jury to determine because a court order may not be disobeyed unless and until it is reversed.“

Immoral and unconstitutional judicial orders should, at the very minimum, be questioned and shown to the public.  In this case I think they should be shown to the entire New Hampshire General Court as well.

There literally are judges committing crimes on camera and then bad judicial orders being enacted to cover as a result in Cheshire County…  and it needs to stop.

The enforcement of said corrupt orders needs to stop as well.  Why isn’t Cheshire County High Sheriff Foote driving these court orders directly to the New Hampshire Supreme Court and saying “NO” ???

That’s exactly what I would do.

City Councilors “On the Fence” Regarding BEARCAT – Please Call ASAP

NO BEARCATI just got off the phone with a local business owner.  I was told that while at least a few city councilors have committed to voting against the BEARCAT, others have said they are on the fence. The vote is tomorrow night, March 1st. Please take the time to call as many of the city councilors as possible and tell them how you feel about the BEARCAT. Reports are that the pro-BEARCAT people are calling too and are trying to make this out to be a Free Keene-only issue. We know that the BEARCAT is opposed by the supermajority of Keene and FK is merely but one aspect of the opposition to this, but the councilors may not realize this, especially with the misinformation campaign being waged by the FK haters.

Here are the city councilors’ numbers. Please don’t delay. If we turn around this vote, we can make history by being the only place to ever refuse a BEARCAT, and perhaps we could start a trend of more refusals around the country.

If a councilor expresses support for the BEARCAT, you may want to inform them that you will campaign against them if they run for re-election.
