AKPF Gets New Recruit in Housing Inspector

fredjoins_akpfThe ranks of allies of the Aqua Keene Parking Force continue to swell, as Keene housing inspector Fred Parsells is the most recent recruit of the elusive organization. He spent a good portion of Friday afternoon watering chalkings along Main Street as Robin Hood’s Merry Men filled parking meters to keep civilians safe from the King’s tariff. The forces of free speech won out in the end as Fred eventually retreated, allowing the curbs to be colorfully overtaken. Stay tuned for the continuation of this exciting development in the soon to be released AKPF Episode 6. Episode 5, Aqua Keene PF Recruits Freddie P is embedded below.

KPD Summoned Over Wall Chalk

Yesterday I was engaged in conversation with Keene police’s Fintan Moore regarding a small chalking that was cleaned off of a barrier wall on a parking garage ramp downtown. Supposedly the city attorney considers there to be legal protection for sidewalk chalkings, but not chalkings on vertical surfaces.2013_04_03_akpf_chalk

There is a question as to what public property can lawfully be chalked and what cannot. The wall of a handicap ramp at the Manchester district court has been decorated with chalk numerous times in the past as bailiffs have looked on, only acting when the wall of the building itself has been marked. The spot in question in Keene was in a location which would have washed away naturally, and there are plenty of sidewalk areas covered by a canopy which prevents chalk from washing away. While I may not agree with the determination of the city’s legal agent, I did inform his messenger that I would relay his communication to the chalking masses. Here’s the video of our dialogue.

Failure to comply with federal and state laws by Keene city employees!

The author begins the message:

This is to let you know effective IMMEDIATELY our group of citizens intends to force the City of Keene and its employees to comply with federal and state laws that up until this point have been willfully ignored by high ranking officials of the City of Keene.

It’s shared here as it’s relevant to many here in Keene. I defaulted to redacting the name of the person who sent it to me, out of respect for their privacy.

Parking Enforcers Steal and Destroy Robin Hood Cards

Robin Hood Cards Destroyed

Unfortunately, the parking enforcers of Keene have resorted to theft and destruction of property as a new attempt to thwart Robin Hood of Keene, a development that I view as further evidence of Robin Hooding’s effectiveness. I was given the following stack of cards in late February from an enforcer who informed me that they were removing them from vehicles and ripping them up. I then shot the video below in which a parking enforcer of the city of Keene removed some of our cards from a vehicle and threw them in the trash. I decided to wait to release this footage to see if the enforcers reformed their ways, but since the card removal appears to be continuing if a Robin Hooder is not with the enforcer, I decided to release the footage. Robin Hooders been told that this practice was occurring and have witnessed it prior, but did not have any footage of it until now.
