More Abuses from Superior Court Staff – A call for Assistance

This email was sent to me via CopBlock.org, but I feel it has more use here at FreeKeene.com. Note how she realizes that these abuses were put into place after Beau’s and my arrest in late June.

After the hat and false arrest issues in Keene, NH then on or about July of 2011 and thereinafter, I was harassed at the Cheshire Superior Court in Keene near the District Court. The security guard would interrogate me and tell me that I was not allowed to bring a cellular phone, videocamera, or recorder of any type and prohibited from bringing into the courthouse.

On August 3, 2010, I filed a medical malpractice case which included for failure to diagnose my cancer in Cheshire Superior Court in Keene NH vs. Donald Wilson, MD, Pamela Deberghes MD and the other Dartmouth Health Care system doctors, etc. I suffered tremendous inhumane civil rights violations repeatedly. I claim that there was affirmative perjury done by Elaine Michaud, Esq. and thereafter tampering with the file to correct the affirmative perjury.

The clerk will not allow me to check out the file, make copies from the file, and will not allow the employees in the clerk’s office to make copies for me. (more…)

Appleseed Rifle Shoot Instills Responsibility & Self-Reliance

I finally made it to my first Appleseed shoot! A project of the the 501c3 non-profit Revolutionary War Veterans Association.

Over two days outside, in December, in the ‘shire, I became much more proficient with a rifle. I also became more knowledgeable about some of the inspirational individuals faced with tough decisions, who were responsible for some of the history-changing incidents in the 1770s.

Shire Sharing Expands

Liberty activists in Philadelphia organized a charity event last week. They assembled grocery bags filled with food for 20 hungry families in Philadelphia. It was an inspiration to witness. Enjoy!

Christmas Carols at the Keene Police Station

Several folks from Keene, NH (CopBlock.org) decided to pay the Keene Police a little visit on Friday, the day before Christmas Eve. Our, yes I was present as well, intention was to bring some Holiday cheer, with a message, to those at the Keene Police Station.

This holiday season I hope all those who are employed by tax dollars ask themselves one question, “If our job is so important why must the government force people to pay for it via taxation, whether they like the service being provided or not?” And if you come to the conclusion that individuals would pay you (voluntarily) to do what you do now, then quit your job and start your own business – without the government’s permission. Cause all I want for Christmas is a choice, something ALL police officers take from a person when they choose to work for Uncle Sam.

Enjoy the jingles.

NH Native Shocked, Disgusted at Cheshire Superior Court Security’s Behavior

Nemi Jones, a New Hampshire native, and inhabitant of the Keene area for nearly 20 years was in court this week when security agents attacked peaceful people and kidnapped them because they did not stand for the robed man. She was shocked and disgusted, calling the experience a “red pill”. Here’s her post about her experience from the Shire Free Press:

It’s been an eventful week in the Shire. Learn more here and here.

In response to John Q’s comment on a related post on FreeKeene.com on Thu, 22nd Dec 2011 @ 6:48 pm:

“Let me get this right; you guys went into the court house and harrassed this guys, taunted him and antagonized him, followed him around and wonder why they’re reacting to that?”

No, you don’t have it right at all, actually. (more…)
