Phil Christiana – (FBI Agent) It’s Not My Friends You Should Be Looking At

It’s been brought to my attention that the FBI has been snooping around the Keene area for several months. First they called in a fellow Free Keene blogger (who asked not to be identified) and asked him if violence was advocated amongst those who frequent the Keene Activity Center. The Free Keene blogger clearly told them they had the wrong people and that if violence was ever advocated, it would be rejected as a means to the end  by any real “Free Stater” (a term I use only as a way to identify a group, it should be understood that ‘free staters’, like everyone else, are individuals responsible for their own actions and thoughts).

Top this off with a few sketchy visits from new movers, who I now believe to be FBI agents or informants, and it’s almost comical – if not so scary – how pathetic the FBI’s attempts are at infiltrating the Keene Activity Center (KAC). One guy, ‘Michael’, came to the KAC for a visit (which is typical of new movers) and  after a long conversation – where I asked him directly if he was an agent of the state (he said he was not) – it was decided that “Michael’s” views are not acceptable to those who frequent the KAC and he was asked to leave. He has never attempted a return but it should be noted that this man may still be trying to infiltrate liberty groups.

Fast forward a couple a months and the FBI – Phil Christiana – decides to interview another liberty minded person, Rich Paul. Known for his self ownership activism, relating to the war on drugs – particularly marijuana – Rich was targeted for allegedly making voluntary exchanges of substances the government deems illegal. Funny thing is, Phil and the state agent that was assisting him didn’t even care about the drugs. What did Phil and the FBI want? They wanted Rich to wear a wire into the Keene Activity Center. Genocide Studies – Establishing Communication

There are a thousand hacking at the branches of evil to one who is striking at the root.
-Henry David Thoreau

On Tuesday, April 24th I stopped by Keene State University to speak with Henry King, director of the Holocaust and Genocide Studies department. My visit was unannounced – motivated by my interest to share ideas that I thought overlooked by the program curriculum.

Despite the impromptu nature of my drop-in, King invited me to sit and for about ten minutes, we had a conversation. His colleague, department chair C. Paul Vincent, joined us about halfway through. It was a civil discussion but it was clear that we weren’t on the same page about some things – for example while I proffered that individuals have the same rights no matter where they’re born (and pointed-out that with that freedom comes personal responsibility – for more on this, check out the excellent 2-min video Chain of Obedience) King made mention of a “social covenant” that imparted rights as well as obligations.

Such an idea denotes that the individual is subservient to the majority. That doesn’t sync with me. After all groups don’t have rights, individuals have rights. A group of individuals doesn’t generate extra rights nor mitigate the rights of one individual.

Before we parted ways (King and Vincent were heading to lunch) I shared my contact information, we shook hands and said I’d be in touch via email.

Edward Burke – Another Public Figure Gone Wrong

Before anyone jumps on me, yes, I know that ANY job comes with perks. Things like free cheeseburgers for the McDonald’s staff, the use of the company car for a CEO or whatever one’s trade might be, it most likely comes with some perk. When employed by the government though the perks get really good.

While a large number of those accused of a crime face questioning, time in jail and hefty legal expenses those employed by the government rarely face their own wrath. I could go on and on about public officials that commit cold blood murder, rape and theft but I’d like to point to a closer incident.

Last June I was arrested while asking Edward Burke – who’s employed as a district court judge in Keene, NH – three questions about him enforcing contempt charges on people wearing hats in a public courtroom (and here)? Edward first stated that I had threatened him, which was completely false (as seen in the video), and tried to get out of it the only way he knew how – lie. Which is why I asked “the system” (aka Keene Police) to investigate Edward for filing a false report with law enforcement (or lying to them effect an arrest). After being passed around from the Keene Police to the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office, the file finally landed on Marc Hathaway’s desk – who’s employed as a NH county attorney. It took Marc over six months to write his review.

Yeah, I should move…

Recently a few of my friends were arrested for trespassing on public property, sounds silly right? What’s also silly is the comment I got from one of the arresting Cheshire County Sheriffs. See video below.

It’s sad to hear so many officers say things are fine and believe those who have issue with government services – like myself – should move to another (governed) land.

Seems like there is plenty to do here in Keene (and the Shire).
