Listeners of FreeTalkLive are familiar with the court orders some of the Keene liberty activists have received banning them from being on Superior Court property without explicit permission from Sheriff Foote himself. Apparently, singing qualifies as “harassing.” Decide for yourself who these public servants are serving. Activists have already agreed that they will not be asking permission to enter the courthouse to conduct their business with public officials. Above is the video encounter with myself and the Londonderry police officer who claims audio recording him is illegal.
An unknown, because I forgot to get his name (major fail), Londonderry Police officer tried to tell me that audio recording police doing their public duty was illegal. At one point stating, “check yourself.” Since I’m already facing three counts of wiretapping, and have spent the last year caught up in court cases, I turned the camera off. I told the officer that he was wrong and left to seek the others who came to support Kelly and her TSA activism – see this video of the demonstration.
Kelly Voluntaryist a Keene NH activist, gives the TSA a little T&A in the name of liberty at the Manchester Airport in protest of the TSA. The TSA has been stripping people of their rights, clothes, dignity etc. (body scanners etc.) So basically, Kelly stripped down in an effort to restore the inherent natural rights, which have been stripped away by an overly evasive government acting on its own volition. Kelly handed information out and talked to people for approximately 40 minutes, 1/4 of that time was outside in 15 ° weather. Seven activists attended in support of Kelly. I think we all had cameras, so there’s going to be more video to come out with much better quality.
