Keene: Still A Relatively Peaceful Society

*DISCLAIMER: Although the following may sound a bit negative, it was written in the context of making a point. I truly love living in Keene and have been very homesick during my current venture to Philadelphia. Philly is fun, but it very much exemplifies the fact that Keene is still a relatively peaceful society. The police state runs rampant down here, and honestly, it’s pretty damn scary. All I want is to live in a peaceful society. That is why I spend so much time taking the peaceful actions in Keene which have been described in detail on this blog; to help ensure that I have a peaceful society to live in.

School Board Candidate Banned from All Keene School District Property

I am sitting here at the monthly school board meeting and who walks in but Keene police, who apparently wanted to make a public spectacle (In front of Cheshire TV and the audience here) of their serving me with yet another no trespass order. I stepped outside the room so as to not have them further disrupt the proceedings. At this point, I have now been banned from all “Keene School District property on school days 6:30am to 6:30pm”. “Speak Up New Hampshire” To Interview Me About State v. Jason Talley

New Hampshire State Representative Kevin Avard (R) (Hills-20) formally invited me yesterday onto his brand new internet and community access television show “Speak Up New Hampshire,” a program that will be filmed weekly in Nashua, NH, Rep. Avard’s district.

Rep. Avard is a sitting member of the newly created “Redress of Grievances Committee” formed during this session of the New Hampshire General Court. Like quite a few other elected officials I have been communicating with recently regarding State v. Jason Talley, Representative Avard is a strong proponent of accountability in the New Hampshire Judicial Branch. The interview should be both podcasted and rebroadcasted on community access stations throughout New Hampshire.

In other news regarding the problems Keene Circuit Court-District Division Presiding Judge Edward Burke has created for the New Hampshire Judicial Branch, popular New Hampshire current events blog NH Insider has picked up the story.
