Darrell, a Rastafari practitioner, stood accused of ‘manufacturing’ some cannabis plants found by police helicopters hovering over his Barnstead property.

Police dog brutality
Back in July 2011, Free Concord ran a story of a police dog attacking a young woman suspected of consuming alcohol underage. Today’s Monitor features a breakdown of some facts along with the announcement that the civil trial will be happening on October 2, if the parties do not come to an agreement beforehand.
