As the presidential campaign for 2016 heats up, more presidential candidates will make the mistake of visiting Keene. Last month it was Bernie Sanders. This month, it’s Chris Christie, the well-fed governor of New Jersey, one of the most corrupt and awful of all the fifty US states.
Christie sauntered into Keene today for a speaking event at local bar “Lab N Lager”. The place was at overflow capacity while liberty activists (and former state rep Steve Lindsey) waited outside for Christie’s arrival for a chance to ambush him with tough questions, as has become the tradition since 2012 here in Keene. Here’s what happened:

Snowden has brought to light important information that deserved to be in the public domain. He recognised the NSA’s surveillance programs for what they are: dangerous, undemocratic and unconstitutional activity. This wholesale invasion of privacy does not contribute to our security, it puts in danger the very liberties we are trying to protect. Does Snowden deserve a statue… (much bigger one)… https://www.etsy.com/listing/237623587/edward-snowden-statue
There are a number of Free Staters serving in the NH House. Do you refer to them as “government politicians” Ian?
“Facing tough questions”? What I saw was Ian shouting out questions and Christie not even looking at you. Of course when he didn’t answer you and you put words in his mouth to save embarrassment. The last scene of the freekeeners huddled together was priceless. None of you were acknowledged for even being there.
Hysterical. Completely ignored by Christie and his people, so you make up things to try and generate controversy. What a bunch of losers you all are.
New Jersey state police? Do they have jurisdiction in New Hampshire now? If not, why was the guy wearing a badge?
Why are you taking the side of the corrupt establishment politician over your local neighbors in New Hampshire? Don’t you believe in grassroots people power holding the powerful accountable directly? Or would you rather just kow-tow to your government masters and let them make their pronouncements to you via TV without the discomfort of any ordinary people asking them inconvenient questions in person?
MikeAB – If they’re such “losers”, you’re watching their video and paying attention to them because — ??
Guys a joke
I laughed more at the whining cameraman who was completely ignored and his two neck bearded sidekicks. The fantastic four losertarians most likely went back to basement dwelling and microwaving hot pockets after being dismissed by the Governor.
