BLATANT CASES OF JUDICIAL ABUSE SIGNAL NEED FOR CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS
CACR 11 and CACR 22 Would Rein-In Judicial Overreach
and Restore the Balance of Power to the People of New Hampshire
KEENE, N.H.—Two state representatives and a former police officer are calling attention to the apparent abuse of power by a New Hampshire district court judge and other officials around him in an effort to showcase the need for two constitutional amendments designed to rein-in judicial authority that are planned for a House vote this week.
On Wednesday, the N.H. House is expected to vote on CACR 11, which would require the governor and council to reappoint judges every seven years, but only if they have exhibited good behavior. The House is also expected to vote on CACR 22, which would restore the Legislature’s full authority to control lawmaking in New Hampshire and limit the administrative rule-making authority of the Judicial Branch so that it is subject to Legislative approval—just like the current rule-making authority of the Executive Branch. As posted in our Facebook group by Nicholas Voluntaryist:
It has just been announced that at the Philadelphia City Council meeting on March 15th, the council will be discussing the proposed legislation to mandate permits and food preparation classes to give donated food to the needy.
Coincidentally, this happens to be the day that Kelly Voluntaryist and myself at the Philadelphia Liberty Lobby have decided to feed the homeless inside City Hall during the meeting!
What perfect timing!
Spread the word! Especially to the homeless!
When: Thursday, March 15, 9:00AM
Where: Philadelphia City Hall
What: Meal sharing in front of the City Council to show them how we feel about this bill!
Please contact me to let me know if you can help in any way! We will need help promoting the event, raising the supplies, and getting a big turnout to speak in opposition to this tyrannical legislation!
Thanks!
Nick

I am very excited to announce that I have taken activism on the road in conjunction with We Won’t Fly and Occupy Philadelphia to bring the Philly Liberty Lobby to the city of brotherly love.
We will begin on Friday with a Don’t Strip Our Rights event at 5PM at the Philadelphia airport! You can learn more and/or join the event here on Facebook. Nicholas Voluntaryist Shankin and I will be will be engaging in scantily-clad public outreach to address the violations of natural rights committed daily by the TSA.
Then, we shall begin work on #OperationFeedTheHomeless.
Here in Philadelphia, there is a city proposal on the table that would require people to obtain a permit before feeding the hungry outdoors. #OperationFeedTheHomeless is an effort to bring this issue to light through non-compliance while at the same time helping those in need. We hope to feed hundreds of people in need throughout next week at a city council meeting (date TBA) as well as at various other events in Philadelphia.
Join #OperationFeedTheHomeless on Facebook. All assistance is welcome and appreciated!
Off to the Occupy Philly GA, more later…
Peace and love,
Kelly

STOP Judicial Child Abuse in New Hampshire Family Courts is a popular legal blog for tracking abuses of all things domestic relations law related in the New Hampshire Judicial Branch’s Family Court Division. I’m honored to say that I’ve been invited to guest blog at their site about abuses I witnessed in the area of domestic relations law while working as a law enforcement officer.
I cannot imagine one New Hampshire law enforcement officer who has not had to serve some court order that they knew just defies logic as it pertains to a specific family situation. Kicking people out of their own home is not a pleasant thing to have to do for work… especially when you know the court is wrong. Police officers know far better what the situation is within a family with problems than the court ever will, yet those same officers are often completely unaware of hearings which result in lives literally being destroyed.
Today the blog published an article informing the New Hampshire legal community of the New Hampshire Judicial Branch abuses of Adam Muller and Jason Talley.
Check it out here.

Certain trolls on the FK comments section had figured out how to spoof the Gravatar system and make it appear as though they were legitimate, registered members of this website. The comment form has now been modified so that it now only asks for a name, comment, and captcha. The email and website options have been removed, and not even the name field is required anymore. Only registered users will be able to utilize the gravatar feature and have their name link to a website.
This will make it easier for anyone to drop in a quick, anonymous comment. It will also ensure those who take the time to register an account here and login to comment will not be imitated by the trolls and will be more easily identifiable in the comments sections. Of course, Facebook commenting is available as it has been.
I hope you like the changes.

I just got off the phone with a local business owner. I was told that while at least a few city councilors have committed to voting against the BEARCAT, others have said they are on the fence. The vote is tomorrow night, March 1st. Please take the time to call as many of the city councilors as possible and tell them how you feel about the BEARCAT. Reports are that the pro-BEARCAT people are calling too and are trying to make this out to be a Free Keene-only issue. We know that the BEARCAT is opposed by the supermajority of Keene and FK is merely but one aspect of the opposition to this, but the councilors may not realize this, especially with the misinformation campaign being waged by the FK haters.
Here are the city councilors’ numbers. Please don’t delay. If we turn around this vote, we can make history by being the only place to ever refuse a BEARCAT, and perhaps we could start a trend of more refusals around the country.

Terry Clark~ AGAINST IT
If a councilor expresses support for the BEARCAT, you may want to inform them that you will campaign against them if they run for re-election.
P.S. You can buy “Thanks but No Tanks” T-shirts now at Corner News! Please attend Thursday night’s meeting at 7pm in city hall, but show up early to get a seat. Last time they stopped allowing people inside due to the large numbers of attendees. Bring a sign or wear a TBNT shirt, because you won’t be allowed to speak at this meeting. See you there.
