Thanks to WMUR-TV for their coverage of the Robin Hood lawsuit, which was pretty fair compared to WBZ’s report:

WBZ’s Michael Rosenfield was first to contact me today, and also first to post their report. I have one major critique of this package:
They show Alan, the meter maid, complaining that my friends and I watched him and his family at the park on Sunday and tried to make it sound intimidating. They did not show my rebuttal to his claim. Here’s what really happened:
Every week, activists gather for Social Sunday. This last Sunday we went to Robin Hood park (yes, really – it’s called that). While there, I walked from our picnic area to the bathroom, hundreds of feet away from our gathering. On my return walk I saw someone I thought to be Alan at the playground. When I returned, I asked the Robin Hooders who have more street time and familiarity with Alan if that was Alan, so people were looking over there to confirm or deny it was him. That’s all! He acts like we stalked him at the park, when I’m pretty sure we were there before him!
Anyway, here’s WBZ-TV’s piece from Boston, and the text: (more…)
The Robin Hood lawsuit story has gone global! Thanks to Joshua Gardner of the Daily Mail in the UK for his story about Robin Hood of Keene and the city’s lawsuit against us:
A town has filed suit against a group that walks around refilled the parking meters of strangers in an activity they call Robin Hooding.
Named for the classic do-gooder and their town of residence, Keene, New Hampsire, members of ‘Robin Hood of Keene’ are accused of harassing the city’s parking enforcement officers in a civil suit filed May 2.
The group denies this, however. They say the city is just mad because of lost revenue from parking tickets. (more…)
This recently released short documentary really does a great job of introducing why the Free State Project‘s wide spectrum of geographically concentrated pro-liberty activism is the most viable solution to achieve liberty in our lifetime:

Thanks to the Keene Sentinel’s Kyle Jarvis for the follow up story he wrote about the people calling themselves the “City of Keene” suing Robin Hooders. The story is on the front page, above the fold:
The city of Keene says its parking enforcement officers need protection against members of a local pro-liberty group, and has filed court action to do so.
The petition, filed earlier this month in Cheshire County Superior Court, seeks to establish a 50-foot safety zone around the officers to alleviate what the city terms “harrassing behavior.” (more…)
Be a part of the campaign and help give Rich Paul a chance to avoid as much as 81 years in a cage! I’ve started a fundraiser with gofundme.com here!
I have also started a facebook event. Please join the event, invite your friends, and donate!
There will be more updates and a press release later in the week. Rich has sacrificed a lot to try and effect change in the court system, the least we can do is give a few dollars to help him out!
Just hours after the Union Leader linked to the video of him insulting Robin Hooders, local pastor and Robin Hood opponent Dave Berman was back on the streets insulting Robin Hooders again. He started by accusing me of being mean, so I reached for my camera and he did not want our conversation on the record, so he began to walk away, but not before accusing activists of “doctoring” video and calling my friend an idiot:
