There are many free staters and libertarians interested in auctioning off these city parks into the hands of private investors. Let;s say private investors purchased Keene Central Square gazebo area at auction .It seems to me many private investors would not want sleeping squatters on their valuable real estate. How would private investors be any better than a municipality here? Is this a contradiction within libertarian thought?
