There are rumblings of a conspiracy theory afoot in Keene — following the official declaration of conspiracy by the city’s hired legal counsel, now the lucrative criminal masterminding has affected the broadcast schedule of AKPF #1. Keene’s favorite local variety series will not air this week, as it has been replaced by a highlights reel of AKPF #1 series producers Garret and James’ appearance on Black Sheep Rising, another locally produced entertainment series. Black Sheep Rising is unique in that it is not subject to broadcast “decency standards”, as it normally airs in the after-hours programming slot on Cheshire TV. The regularly risque media has been sanitized for daytime viewing standards in this family-friendly rendition of BSR to be aired in this week’s AKPF #1 time slot. Discover all sorts of unconventional wisdom and news happenings from the Robin Hooding crew in the BSR episode 07 redux. Tune in to AKPF #1 next week to see the global conspiracy episode, in which Prince John and Jester Mullins lay out their visionary concerns.
Recently I had the “residency” charge against me dropped by Keene police prosecutor Jean M. Kilham. Kilham had wanted me convicted for allegedly being a “resident” and not having gotten an NH driver’s license. In order to convict me, Kilham would have had to have proven I am a resident, which is a legal term that has certain obligations attached to it, like registering cars and getting an NH driver’s license. The most obvious question is what obligation do I have to become a resident at all? Is it simply that men with guns are threatening me? Even by their own rules, RSA 21:6 makes it clear that a different legal status exists in NH’s system called “inhabitant”. It has the exact same definition as resident, but without all the requirements that come with residency (Lots of statues are written to apply only to residents, not inhabitants.) The difference between “resident” and “inhabitant” is that one must intend to be a resident. This is borne out by their own statute, RSA 259:88 that states:
no person shall be deemed to be a resident who claims residence in any other state for any purpose
That makes it pretty clear that residency is a status that people must seek. If I can avoid being an NH resident simply by claiming residency in another state, then that means I would have to change my mind, should I want to become a NH resident. I have yet to see any reason to become an NH resident rather than an inhabitant. It seems to me that residency only comes with obligations and no benefits. If you can think of a benefit, please post a comment.
Kilham admitted to me when she nolle prossed the charge that she was going to send her information to the DMV in NH because the burden of proof is much lower at a DMV administrative hearing. (That’s her admitting she has a lousy case.) She said she hopes they pull my “privileges” to drive for a year. Sure enough, I received a packet of information this week informing me that I am “ordered” to appear on Friday, July 26th at 1pm at the DMV offices in Concord. (more…)
Last night at the MSFI committee meeting at city hall the councilors voted 3-0 to send over 100 allegedly unlicensed dog owners in Keene “civil forfeitures” – a euphemism for threatening demand letters.
They claim they are just following state law, but they don’t have to. It’s wrong to threaten peaceful neighbors with fines and caging. These dogs are not dangerous – they are just unlicensed. Why should any free people have to beg the city for a permit to keep and love a furry friend? Why not license birds and cats too? Is this about revenue? What is it about? What happens if you don’t pay the fine? Do they lock you up or take your dog?
I encouraged the councilors to do the right thing and leave their neighbors alone. They ignored my advice and voted to threaten their neighbors instead. Sadly, I was the only one there to speak up for peaceful dog owners – and I don’t even own a dog.
Now, Meyer has made the time in his busy schedule for the Robin Hood of Keene case where the people calling themselves “the city” are suing several Robin Hooders in hopes of creating a 50ft anti-freedom radius around the meter maids. Meyer filed his appearance today in Cheshire superior court on behalf of five of the six defendants, with Copblock.org‘s Pete Eyre deciding not to opt-in to having an attorney.
To be clear, Meyer is donating his valuable time to the cause, pro-bono, and is up against the city people’s hired gun (paid by your tax dollars) private attorneys, including renown civil rights attorney Charles P. Bauer. Bauer and his partner Eric Moskowitz have filed this “Memorandum of Law” on the constitutional issues in the case, as the judge requested. I’ll post Jon Meyer’s memorandum when it is ready, likely in a couple of weeks, as he just signed on to the case.
Keene Cop Block invited Ian Freeman, a six -year inhabitant of Keene, NH, to share a bit about the ongoing harassment he’s faced from so-claimed “authorities” for his efforts to simply live free from their supposed “legitimate” coercion.
In this video Freeman, host of the nationally syndicated Free Talk Live and blogger at FreeKeene.com and ShireSociety.com, among much else, touches on the latest iteration of threat levied at him before speaking candidly about his motivations and the real impact had as the peaceful community emerges.
Instead of cowering, Freeman, knowing full-well that he’s not harmed anyone, has opted for transparency. His actions have undoubtedly embolden others – both in and outside of the ‘shire – to see the gun in the room, and speak out as well.
On the cusp of continued revolution the world over, AKPF #1 Ep. 07 brings perspective to the goings-on in Keene, New Hampshire. Royalty continues its legal civil assault on the Merry women and men, while the globe collectively laughs at the prospect of Robin Hood of Keene being a joint terrorist organization as alleged by agitators in support of city force. Propaganda videos and documents circulate as anonymous antagonists subvert power structures. Where will it end? Tune in next week for even more outrageous updates from the underground.
